The pan seems to heat up evenly and cleans up easily. I haven't had it long enough to say anything about the longevity, but so far it feels sturdy and well made. Not too heavy but it feels substantial and like it's made well. I put it to my favorite test for pans -- scrambled eggs -- and I was amazed at how well it worked. The eggs cooked well, didn't stick and clean up was a breeze. This is easily the best pan I've used and I've tried many.

These are the best pans I’ve ever used. The finish is very smooth, and cooks evenly. The food slides right out. Make sure to buy the recommended cleaning product so that the finish doesn’t scratch and use the correct utensils.

I've had no issues with sticking and the pans clean out easily. I've been using them pretty regularly for a couple weeks and I hope they continue to last for months to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several ceramic cookwares, this GeenPan Reserve frypan is probably the best in terms of quality- especially the interior. I have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now. 12 inch is pretty big, but It heats up evenly. Nothing sticks so far. Although it says the dishwasher safe, I only hand-wash it. After the pan cools down, I soak it in warm water for half an hour or so. It's super easy to clean. I would love to have a smaller size next.

I received the 8",10", and 12" pan set for Christmas. I was excited to get them as my old pans were past their prime. My very first use I was surprised that my eggs stuck a little. I thought that maybe I didn't use enough oil, so the next time I added more oil. My eggs still stuck to the pan, Last night I cooked grilled cheese sandwiches and some of the cheese oozed out and you guessed it, the cheese stuck to the pan. This morning was the worst yet. Though I liberally sprayed the pan with my new olive oil sprayer, they recommend not using aerosol cooking sprays like Pam, the eggs stuck so badly that they were almost ruined. I'm thinking it was a bad decision to throw away my old pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nonstick frying pan is pretty great. The gold material makes it stand out amongst my silver and darker metal pots and pans. The lid fits great and is so nice to have for a frying pan. The ceramic nonstick material does prevent food from sticking to it or coating the bottom. I will say the one downside is how heavy the frying pan is. I have a problem with my wrists and I have to use two hands to handle the pan when using it and washing it which can be inconvenient.

They have amazing even heat distribution. When you've got helpers around the house who start cooking and burn things from time to time... the nonstick ability comes in handy and everything slides right out of the pan for easy cleanup. They are incredibly easy to clean, making it easy to clean up after meals. Getting a complete set has always been on my wish list! They really are such a blessing because these pans are truly non-stick. I have tried these ceramic style nonstick pans in the past and while they worked well, they weren't nearly as nonstick as my regular PTFE coated pans. But these are really non stick! And they are very well made, their material is super good and therefore they are widely accepted and are multifunctional and very practical... 100% recommended.
