It handles scrambling eggs to perfection... The build quality and visual look of these pans are also top notch... Will definitely be expanding our collection with more of these...

The nonstick coating has worked well so far, but I’m worried about chipping on the outside of the pan. It comes with a matching lid that fits well and is very useful. I don’t like how heavy it is as I can barely move it without any food. It’s good, but I will keep looking for better.

I like that I can put it directly into my oven under the broiler up to 550 degrees. This is wonderful for melting cheese or doing a quick browning under the broiler. Easy to clean as they are dishwasher safe. I loved the large size as I was able to cook my protein and veggies all in one pan.

You can tell by the weight and design that it is durable. The ceramic nonstick coating is perfect! Nothing sticks whatsoever! I love that I can use my metal utensils without worrying about scratching it up. So far, everything I have cooked on it, has cooked evenly and perfect! Cleanup is super easy! It’s even dishwasher safe! I want to get all the pots and pans in this collection.

It's a true dark, periwinkle color, so make sure that's what you want. I love the Green Pan brand as it's trustworthy and durable, as long as you do not use metal at all and wash with a soft cloth or dishtowel. Hand dry. They last so long, and i don't even use spray for my eggs (but I do use a spatula to cook eggs so i'm constantly stirring and scraping).

I love that I dont have to use butter or oil in them if I don't want to. The food does not stick. I like the length of the handles. The fry pans are made with great quality material and will last a long time
