They can be used for almost everything you want to cook and scratch resistant. I have cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner items on them with little to no oil which is much healthier. I also seared a steak and put the pan in the oven to get that nice medium well steak that I love to eat. Instead of using several pans to make my meals, I simply wipe my pans clean and move to my next food item to help eliminate the use of other pans that are difficult to wash. Once I am done, I put it in the dishwasher just to give it that nice shine. Make your cooking time easier by getting yourself a set.

I use limited amounts of oil and my food does not stick to the pan at all. The pans are light and easy to clean. I just hand wash it with a soft sponge and some gentle dish soap in most cases, but it is dishwasher safe. I’ve heard hand washing can help preserve the nonstick coating and the “Quick Tips” sticker that’s on the pan when you unbox it advises to hand wash for best results. The pan is oven and broiler safe up to 600 °F, and the glass lid is safe up to 425 °F. As I mentioned about the design, it seems durable, so I think the hard-anodized construction and diamond-infused ceramic nonstick surface truly make a difference. I opt for silicone utensils to prevent scratching the surface, but even when I use metal utensils I don’t notice any scratching. It is annoying that it is hand wash only, but I don’t mind too much. Just be careful not to use metal or sharp utensils in the pan because it will ruin the bottom and nonstick qualities!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pan set. I love that it comes in three different sizes. I love the color and look of them. They are very modern looking. I also really like how fast the pan heats up and that nothing sticks to the bottom. I also really like how easy it is to clean. It wipes off really easy. You can also put it in the dishwasher. The only thing I didn't like is the instructions say you should only use oil or butter and not cooking spray on it. Other than that, I really like these pans and would highly recommend them.

I’ve only used it once, but the eggs I made with butter slid right off the pan and didn’t stick at all. The yellow is beautiful, and I like the weight and depth of it. I took off 1 star because it’s quite expensive and fragile. It came with instructions to use only low heat and silicone utensils and to wash by hand. You can’t use cooking spray at all. I think I’ll really enjoy it but don’t think I’ll invest in others from the brand. If you have the money and can be really gentle with it, I recommend.

So I have tried it quite a few times and my experience with to is that is works pretty good. It works well with frying things and even to saute food. I usually used it with medium to.medium high heat and haven't had any issue shut once when I tried cooking something on higher heat and it sticked to the pot a little. Overall the pots works well best for me when used on medium heat.
