I was able to cook scrambled eggs on these pans without leaving any food residue! My food is cooked evenly on these pans as well. I love that they are not heavy and the color is beautiful. These fry pans are pretty, easy to use, and a breeze to clean. Bacon fries up evenly and crisp. Vegetables are delicious and cook fast. These pans can heat up canned foods On medium and don’t stick.

The lighter non-stick ceramic surface is so smooth and healthy to use. The pan is so easy to clean as it says. I used it with tomato sauce the other day though and you might have to be careful not to let that stain by washing it out immediately after use. Otherwise everything else was cleaned totally well. I like this color, it is not too bold and the handle of gold is elegant looking. Two sizes for two different types of meals is wonderful. There is healthiness written all over these, literally. These pans have no PFA, PFOA, Lead or Cadmium in them so you are safe from those things. It makes me feel at ease to use these for reasons like that. This 12 inch frying pan is a ceramic nonstick, easy to clean, dishwasher safe frying pan. The pan is oven/boiler safe up to 600 °F, while the lid is also safe up to 425° F. Thus far I can’t think of a single issue I’ve had. It’s genuinely a nonstick pan, needing very little butters or oils when using the pan. Cooks food evenly with wonderful heat distribution,and has such a beautiful look.

I like having a large pan and love that it has a lid. My only complaint is the style of the lid and the handle make it difficult to store. The handle is too long in my opinion. It looks really nice at least. The heat distribution is really good for an oversized pan. It’s insanely easy to clean. It’s not a high maintenance pan. It doesn’t brown/crisp all that well, but that’s expected with nonstick. Great addition to my kitchen!

After a ton of research on non-toxic pans, we decided to buy a Greenpan. We went with the cheaper Chatham “just in case”, and thank god we did! We were extremely careful about heat, oil, washing, utensils, and storage, but after a few weeks, food started sticking. Washing it is laborious, everything sticks, and we’re really disappointed. We won’t be buying another Greenpan.
