We have been frying Halloumi for years, but recently it has been hard to find at a decent price. This one was totally accipitral.

It was the first time I tried the cheese. We fried it in avocado oil, cut it up, and put it in a salad.

This is really great cheese, easily fries. I've not tried to grill it yet... but will in the summer.

So happy you are carrying this. One of my favorites. Try putting slices in a pan until brown. Excellent.
