[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress came rolled up in a box. The box was pretty banged up, but the mattress inside was wrapped in plastic and was totally untouched. After opening it, we left it air out for a bit, and it sprang to life. Looking at it now, I would never guess it came from a box. The mattress is comfortable and after using it for a month, it’s held up to every night usage. My back doesn’t hurt when I wake up in the morning, which is great! It seems like a great value, and we will continue to use it. Looking forward to seeing how it lasts overtime, but as of right now, I highly recommend this mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could not be more perfect! We were in desperate need of a new mattress and this one came just in time! It’s the perfect size for our current bed frame too. I love the convenience of the packaging especially living in a small apartment. It took a few hours for it to fully fluff up but the convenience is worth the wait although it is kind of heavy. It has a true medium firmness feel to it so it’s great for back sleepers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty neat they can smash a bed in to a box and ship it. It was heavy but manageable to move around by myself. There really wasn't that much smell and a little bit there was dissipated quickly. My two problems with the bed it was smaller than my old queen and it was a little bit shorter in height. Neither deal breakers for the bad but just something I noticed compared to what I've been used to. The bed itself is pretty firm but soft you don't sink in a ton which is good since I don't have the best back and need a bed with support. I feel like I've been sleeping a lot better since I started using this bed and I didn't even realize my other bed was causing me issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with this bed it's just weird that it's a few inches smaller than what I had. My old bed fit this frame without any of these spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 10 ' Serta queen mattress. Looks very comfortable.It has a very good support and i don't feel tired in the morning.Material is breathable and soft.I have to update it's performance over time but for the moment i like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft mattress with a puffy top that is comfortable to sleep on. It is a little heavier than similar mattresses of the same size, but not too bad and the added weight does make it more comfortable to sleep on so is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been sleeping on the Serta Five Star 10" Plush Pillow Top Mattress for a few weeks now. It couldn’t have been easier to set up. It’s as simple as opening a box, removing the plastic and watching it expand into a real mattress. At first, I thought that there is no way a mattress that comes in a box could possibly provide any support. I was wrong! It is a legit mattress. Not just filled with foam. There are coils and springs that offer true support. The best part is after letting it expand, you can sleep on it right away. No waiting 24-48 hours like some mattress’ in a box. The mattress offers just the right amount of cushion and support to where I don’t feel like I’m sinking which is how my old mattress made me feel. The weather is starting to warm up here in Chicago, and I have noticed that this mattress has amazing airflow and is extremely breathable. Finally, my back has felt so good-no pain and stiffness anymore. I believe it is because of a gel band embedded in the mattress that is beyond comfortable to my lower back and hips. I can’t thank Influenster and Serta for allowing me to try this wonderful mattress in exchange for my honest review and feedback.
