The ceramic coating has a matte finish which makes it dish wash safe. It’s easy to clean and weighs less compared to other pans of that size. The handle is stainless steel , so you can use in oven. The handle is easy to hold and strong. The heat spreads evenly across the pan. Above all this, it gives me a great feeling of giving healthy food to my family with no chemicals.I am a fan of green pan. I definitely would recommend everyone to get one to move one step close to being healthy.

The nonstick pan is also a great features to it it cooks even on the stove very light weight so easy to clean the pan. This pan is also easy to store. This pan will also not burn your food

Nothing has stuck to the pan and has cooked evenly. Clean up also been easy since nothing has stuck to the pan. I would buy more from this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is not really large in size but it is perfect for eggs for one or a toasted cheese sandwich. Its a perfect size for one person. Its really cute and sturdy. This is the first pan I have had that actual food did not stick to it without using butter etc. It is very nice and easy to clean . One great pan for me.

I have been using GreenPan products for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I recently ordered and received this 10" pan, did a quick wash/rinse with a soft cloth and soap and water and set it aside to cook with later. When I started dinner that night (warming it up on low heat) it immediately started to give off a burnt plastic/paint smell. My daughter even came in and said "What is that smell?" It was awful. Anyone who has chemical sensitivities will tell you that a smell like that is an instant red flag that there are chemicals being released - in this case into your food and air! I'm so disappointed. The box is gone and I've used it once, so there can be no refund. Stick to the regular GreenPans and pass on these new finishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  these sets of pans are my new favorite to cook with. I can use metal or silicone utensils and their dishwasher safe, so I don’t have to sit there and scrub for hours anymore. I will definitely be buying more. One of my favorite favorite pans.

For now this is it! These pans can almost be wiped with a damp towel and come out spotless. The nonstick capability is fantastic. I am having no issues with foods sticking and ruining during cooking!
