[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Green Pan is amazing. Excellent quality and extremely durable I need to add more to my collection of pots and pans. When they say non stick and scratch resistant they are true to what they say. It is a bit on the heavy side but you could also use this pan in the oven. It could withstand heat at 600 degrees. Super easy to wash by just using a soft sponge no need to use anything heavy. You need to use oil with this pan no cooking sprays. Dishwasher safe but honestly super easy to clean with a wet soft sponge. Highly recommended. I tried this ban on the stove as well as in the oven and I am very impressed the food was amazing both ways and to me cooked a bit quicker and taste a lot better it has amazing heat control for an even heat all around. None of my regular pots or pans can do both and get easily scratched. I will be replacing all of my pots and pans with Green pan.

I am so excited I got myself this set before the holidays, nonstick is incredible, looks amazing on my stove, clean-up is so easy. Most importantly for me, I am sure it's healthy when cooking for my 1 year old. Also, perfect set composition, don't need anything else... so ready for holiday season!

The ceramic coating has a matte finish which makes it dish wash safe. It’s easy to clean and weighs less compared to other pans of that size. The handle is stainless steel , so you can use in oven. The handle is easy to hold and strong. The heat spreads evenly across the pan. Above all this, it gives me a great feeling of giving healthy food to my family with no chemicals.I am a fan of green pan. I definitely would recommend everyone to get one to move one step close to being healthy.

However, one improvement I would suggest is the inclusion of lids for the larger pans. The ample cooking space they provide is fantastic, but it would be convenient to have lids to cover leftover food for later consumption, ensuring its freshness is preserved. Despite this minor drawback, I still highly recommend these pans for their quality construction and excellent non-stick performance."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely enjoy using this pan. When I received it I immediately cleaned it and let it air dry. The first food I tested with this pan was eggs and pancakes. You have to let the pan heat up for a bit for even cooking, which is something I love. My husband, on the other hand, does not like waiting for the pan to heat up. He thinks it takes too long. I love that this pan comes with instructions, such as how you shouldn't use abrasive cleaning products, how not to use metal utensils for cooking, and not to use cooking sprays that will damage the integrity of the pan's coating. I use butter and oil for my cooking anyway, so this was pretty simple to follow. And I do not have metallic cooking utensils. After the pan heated up I noticed that the cooking for very even and none of the food stuck to the pan. I could literally slide my pancakes around the pan as well as the fried eggs. I cooked in this pan the next day and forgot to oil the pan. I was surprised that even though the scrambled eggs looked like they were going to stick to the pan, the egg remnants came off very easily with a silicone spatula. I allow my pan to cool completely before washing it. I have not used this pan in the dishwasher, and I do not plan on it. I'm not sure why, but I have always cleaned my pots, pans, and skillets by hand. I know that this pan is dishwasher safe, I just would rather not run it through the dishwasher. Also, this pan does very well in the oven for anyone wanting to know. I whipped together some scrambled eggs, cheese, and veggies and placed the entire pan in the oven. The food came out evenly cooked and bubbly. The clean-up after was pain-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid, well-made pan. It looks great too! I love the fact that works on a convection cook top. That is pretty cool, even though I don't have one yet. It works well on my electric stove. The non-stick coating seems to hold it's own... for now. I'll report back if it fails anytime soon as I only used it for a week.
