[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Swiffer is convenient to use as it is very light and collapses to a small height. I like how its three lengths can be used for different tasks. The head of the mop is very maneuverable and can slip into small, hard-to-reach places. The shortcomings I noticed include the narrow head. While it fits in more spaces, it takes longer to cover larger areas. I would likely use this exclusively for a small room, such as a bathroom. My only other concerns are with the Swiffer pads included in this kit. I prefer other sweeper/mops that have reusable pads. The wet pads in this kit had a strong, artificial lavender scent I was not a fan of. It was sopping wet from the package, but was long dry before I finished mopping my floors. Like I mentioned, the whole mop would likely be better cleaning a small space for this reason as well. In all, I’ll likely continue using this for special cleaning jobs that my usual mop cannot complete.

We don’t have a lot of space and the collapsible handle means it’s easy to store in a tight space. I also love that I can sweep and mop with the same one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all Swiffers, this is easy to put together and the different pads work as expected. I love the idea of a telescoping handle but unfortunately it's not the twist type that you can adjust to your exact need, you have a choice of short, medium, or long, nothing in between. And the the foam base where the pads go arrived bent reach edge (see pic)... they put the dry cloths in this nice cardboard cover, which would not get ruined, but nothing to protect this. It does lock into place to get get walls and other things, but you have to step on it and use a good amount of force to get it to unlock, I was unable to do it with just a flick of my wrist.

The only inconvenience is that I feel that to clean an entire house (at least a big one, you would be expending between 3-5 sweeping pads and about the same amount of of moping pads. The price is good for the Swiffer, not entirely sure if I would be confortable buying the refills. The smell is very good, feels clean.

If you already have a swiffer and storage isn’t an issue then you won’t need the upgrade. The pads are the same size and the same cleaning quality from both.

I love the versatility of this product because it doubles up as both a sweeping device and a mopping device. You get 5 dry cloths and 3 wet cloths with the starter pack, which makes it perfect for sweeping up debris with a dry cloth, and then you switch to the wet cloth to actually clean and refresh the floor space. The pole is adjustable, allowing you to select different heights according to your preference. In addition, the adjustability allows for easy storage. The sweeper is very efficient at attracting dust and dirt, and it is so easy to discard the dry cloth before attaching the wet cloth, which is particularly efficient at cleaning dirty and sticky floors. I like that I am able to get into small spaces, which is not always possible with other cleaning devices. I have been using Swiffer products for years, but I admit that I have a special liking for this one because I can achieve a multitude of tasks with just one device.
