Upon taking the plastic off it it inflated super quick and fit our bed perfectly. Night 1 we got great sleep and by day 3 after we had wore it in a little it got even more comfortable. This mattress is a great deal for the money and I will recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plush pillow top is an understatement! I was in need of a new mattress and this came at the perfect time. So soft. Support for my back and hips is perfect, not too firm and not too soft. I suffer from severe pain in those joints and this helps a lot. The material of the mattress itself is high quality and, although I’ve had this for just about a couple weeks, I can tell that it will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As comfortable as this bed is you would never think that it came rolled up in a box the fact that I was able to get this in my room on my bed frame so easily without any installation any problems is great I just got rid of a mattress it was a king size and now I size down just a bit to get this queen and I was so thrilled to be able to try this out and receive this in exchange for my honest review the fact that it's comfortable cooling sized well it's firm but still hugs the body it's a great mattress it's going to last it's built well all seems are sown completely closed it's just great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say my mind was blown with this mattress. I was skeptical especially when the mattress arrived in the 4.5ft tall box. I thought I must’ve been sent the wrong size. Wrong to prejudge! As soon as I took it out of box and cut through the plastic it inflated into a beautiful Queen, very firm mattress. It is a miracle. The mattress is high quality, very comfortable. We love it. It comes in different firmness levels….we love a firm mattress and this one didn’t disappoint in any category. I also appreciate the material and color/quality of the mattress material. I’ve bought more expensive mattresses that were not this good. I will also add I’m extremely picky/discerning and am beyond impressed with this mattress! Well-done, Serta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really comfortable! The one I tried is firm and it feels very nice to sleep on. It did not make my back hurt at all. I’m really happy with it! I do wish there were straps on the sides. That would have made it much easier to get into place. Without straps there isn’t really anything to hold onto when you try to move the mattress. It’s amazing how this big mattress fit into the box that was delivered to my home! It was a very heavy box, again without handles so not the easiest to move, but still a whole queen size mattress was inside which is very remarkable in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of my thoughts on this mattress (I was initially hesitant to choose a boxed mattress) are that it is soft, perfect for a back sleeper or stomach. There is no indentation so far. It was easy to unpack and unfold. It really fluffed up quickly. I feel that this will be a very durable mattress, but probably not long lasting. It also is not so good for someone with who has issues with their hips while sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has been really comfortable to sleep on at night. I am more of a hot sleeper and it doesnt make me feel overly warm. My back feels supported just fine and I dont have quite as many knots and kinks when I wake up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all!! WOW! It’s definitely memory foam instead of FIRM. But definitely, helped my back pain!! It’s very durable but can be a bit to much soft! Not bad at all! Definitely comfortable as well! I would get this again but if it’s a bit more firm! And I never seen something like how it came in the package! Great packaging! It was a thick one as well! Was not expecting it!

It’s not as soft as my other mattress so I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. To be fair, I’ve had my old mattress for longer than I’d like to admit so I’m used to that particular mattress and it will take longer than a couple weeks to get used to. It is very comfortable though and the mattress itself is very cool, the gel foam is supposed to promote airflow and dissipate heat I’d say it does that pretty well.
