[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this mattress for a few weeks now, and overall I’m very satisfied. It provides excellent back support — not too firm and not too soft, which is perfect for me. The temperature regulation is great: even on warmer nights, I didn’t feel overheated, which was a pleasant surprise. The comfort level is outstanding — I sleep much better than I did on my previous mattress. It’s too early to judge durability, but the materials seem high-quality and sturdy. Considering the price, it’s definitely a great value. The fact that it comes in a box makes delivery and setup super convenient. A comfortable, supportive mattress with great temperature regulation at a reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the opportunity to try the 10-Inch Serta Mattress in a Box with a plush pillow top, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the comfort and value it offers. From the moment I unpacked it, the setup was quick and hassle-free. The mattress expanded to full size within hours and was ready for a restful night's sleep. What stands out most is the exceptional comfort. The plush pillow top provides a soft, cushiony feel without compromising on support. It cradles the body just enough to relieve pressure points while still maintaining proper spinal alignment. Whether you’re a back, side, or stomach sleeper, this mattress offers a balanced sleeping surface that adapts well to different positions. Affordability is another key highlight. For the quality and brand reputation Serta is known for, this mattress delivers excellent value. It's a budget-friendly option that doesn't cut corners on materials or comfort, making it ideal for guest rooms, first apartments, or anyone seeking a quality mattress without the premium price tag. Overall, the 10-Inch Serta Mattress in a Box – Plush Pillow Top is a smart choice for those who want dependable comfort and affordability in one convenient package. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very soft mattress with a puffy top that is comfortable to sleep on. It is a little heavier than similar mattresses of the same size, but not too bad and the added weight does make it more comfortable to sleep on so is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty neat they can smash a bed in to a box and ship it. It was heavy but manageable to move around by myself. There really wasn't that much smell and a little bit there was dissipated quickly. My two problems with the bed it was smaller than my old queen and it was a little bit shorter in height. Neither deal breakers for the bad but just something I noticed compared to what I've been used to. The bed itself is pretty firm but soft you don't sink in a ton which is good since I don't have the best back and need a bed with support. I feel like I've been sleeping a lot better since I started using this bed and I didn't even realize my other bed was causing me issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with this bed it's just weird that it's a few inches smaller than what I had. My old bed fit this frame without any of these spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could not be more perfect! We were in desperate need of a new mattress and this one came just in time! It’s the perfect size for our current bed frame too. I love the convenience of the packaging especially living in a small apartment. It took a few hours for it to fully fluff up but the convenience is worth the wait although it is kind of heavy. It has a true medium firmness feel to it so it’s great for back sleepers.

Frist late delivery. when it come the man came up a drop it on the front porch he was gone before we could get to the door .No white glove delivery here .the box look like it had been hit by a truck. and when we put it on the bed and open it up it did not fit the bed .it has lump corner are not right .VERY unhappy with a mattress in a box

Ordered online. It was late and like the other person said, it just appeared on my door step. Ordered a medium twin for my daughter. Will never order a rolled up mattress again. It is not a medium. It's SOFT and mattress looks thin. Not good for anyone's back. I wasn't expecting luxury at that price point but I wasn't expecting such poor quality either. Allowed it some time to inflate before writing this review. An air mattress is firmer than this.

Incorrect sizing. The queen is NOT what the measurements say. Both mattresses are way off in measurement. Returning is a joke. You get employees from other countries once you get through the horrible AI call center that hang up on you or can't form a complete coherent sentence. The store will not take them back either.
