This cookware is well worth the money I paid for it. Cooks even across the pan, handles are sturdy and don’t heat up. The lid handles will get hot so you must use a pot holder to lift the lids. I have no problem with food sticking. The cleanup after cooking is a breeze.

The Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans are really amazing! I absolutely look forward to cooking meals. They are totally nonstick making it easy to move the food around the pan allowing for even cooking. And the best part the clean up is a breeze! Most importantly however is knowing I’m cooking more healthy for my family by not exposing them to harmful chemicals from the pans. I love these pans and highly recommend them!

I have been wanting to upgrade my pans to nontoxic and finally did so! I love the safety of these pans - I feel so much better cooking knowing I am reducing/eliminating the potential of toxins entering my food and my families bodies. I love the look of these and they work great. I would highly recommend if you are looking to make the switch to a nontoxic cookware set!

Over the years my wife and I have used many different non-stick coatings and pans. We both agreed we have never used anything like these. From eggs to fried pork chops they do a wonderful job. Clean-up is almost nonexistent. Thus far--fantastic product. Hoping they last!

So aesthetically, the color is beautiful and it's a good looking set. Cooking wise, you really don't need a lot of heat to get good results. The heat conduction is great and things do not stick to the ceramic coating, not even eggs or pancakes. Cleaning wise, occasionally a warm water soak makes cheese and sticking things come off easier, but even without it, it isn't much work. Only 3 weeks in so far, but overall, quite pleased.

I love these pots and pans. I bought an induction stove so needed to replace my old cookware and I wanted cookware safe from pollution. After looking and looking at many options, I selected these. They are beautiful, I learned how to heat them correctly and they are totally non-stick so they clean very, very easily. This particular set came with just about everything I needed to outfit my kitchen. The only other thing I bought was a wok, and I bought a Green Pan one. (Love that one also.) Thank you!

I purchased my pans about a year ago and waited to write my review, although, I knew a month in that it wouldn't be a great review. The saucepan was left sitting in my sink overnight and somehow there was water underneath it (I probably rinsed it with a promise to wash in the morning). The next morning when I moved the pan to wash it, there was a circle of rust under the pan and in my stainless steel sink. I quickly realized that these pans need to be immediately washed and dried and cannot have any dampness or water left on the bottoms of the pans. Despite being incredibly careful with them, over the past year, every pan has rusted to some degree on the bottom. I'm very disappointed in them for that reason. The nonstick interior surface is great but do NOT order any pan that isn't smooth on the bottom or it will quickly rust.

After an extensive search and I mean watching every YouTube vid, Instagram and TikTok post, consumer reports and every online magazine review I could find, I finally decided on GreenPan and the Valencia Pro set. A great Black Friday deal was the chefs kiss. I’m a GreenPan newbie and so far so great! Cleanup is truly a breeze. I let the pans cool down and a soapy soft sponge cleans them magnificently. Cooking with them is a joy. I preheat them per the instructions, cook over a medium heat and nothing sticks. Cooking eggs is great. I like my eggs to have some flavor so a little butter and little olive oil and I’m cooking up some delicious scrambled eggs that slide out of the pan. So far I’ve cooked with the skillets, the sauté pan and both saucepans. If I have to complain about anything it’s that the lid handles get hot. Definitely not a deal breaker for me but good to know on first use. Im very happy with this set and I’m predicting it will serve me well for a long time.

I think this must be the best pan I’ve ever owned in my 64 years of existence! It is the perfect size for one dish meals, like the smothered pork chops I made last week, or for frying a big bunch of chicken! The surface is so easy to clean that a quick round with a paper towel and a quick swish in hot water /dish soap and rinse will put it back in service for the next meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this pan!

Had to purchase this pan because the Venice Pro is not available. Doesn’t match my set, but works beautifully all the same. Wish i was told upfront that the Mr Clean sponge works great to remove residue from cooking..my Venice Pro might have remained non-stick longer. Maybe Green Pan should include one with each order!
