The pans are beautiful, sturdy but not heavy, and non stick! We were looking for quality, non toxic pans and these plans delivered!

The nonstick properties of this set is fantastic, nothing sticks. Clean up is a breeze. Heating on with an induction range is really slow, it can take over 20 minutes to boil water in a nearly ful 4.5 qt pot. In general, heating with these pots is really slow on an induction range, they would really benefit from more steel in the pan to help with induction ranges.

I had bought this same set after much research in grey but lost them in the California fires. Reordered in blue. Great color. Only downside is you do really have to use a lubricant like oil for optimum nonstick but health trade offs of no toxins released is worth it.

So aesthetically, the color is beautiful and it's a good looking set. Cooking wise, you really don't need a lot of heat to get good results. The heat conduction is great and things do not stick to the ceramic coating, not even eggs or pancakes. Cleaning wise, occasionally a warm water soak makes cheese and sticking things come off easier, but even without it, it isn't much work. Only 3 weeks in so far, but overall, quite pleased.

Over the years my wife and I have used many different non-stick coatings and pans. We both agreed we have never used anything like these. From eggs to fried pork chops they do a wonderful job. Clean-up is almost nonexistent. Thus far--fantastic product. Hoping they last!

Very very happy with these pans!!! I was looking for pans without forever chemicals and without completely breaking the bank, and these are awesome. We use them on our induction stove. After learning more about forever chemicals, I got rid of all of our pans since I did not know what was in them. These work very well and now I’m not worried about getting chemicals into our food through pans.

Love the ceramic coating and non toxic options that Greenpan has. But... I would like to be able to get individual pieces without having to buy a set; also would like improvements in the offerings (e.g. a 2.5qt sauce pan and a larger 5.5 or 6.5 qt saute pan).

Love my GreenPan Cookware! That is why I bought an 11 piece set for my daughter, for her new home. I trust that the food we prepare using our GreenPans will not be filled with leached in harmful chemicals. Also, clean up is a snap. I have some GreenPan cookware that I have used every day for almost 2 years and the surface is still free of scratches and they have never warped. I purchased an induction stove top and purchased new GreenPan Cookware that are paired with the new surface. I took the other set to our cabin where I cook with a gas range. I highly recommend cooking with GreenPan Cookware!

This pan is AMAZING. The nonstick coating makes it so easy to clean, it sears meat PERFECTLY and heats up so quickly and evenly. I have made several dishes from stovetop to oven with ease, and I’m in love! Two small notes: the base of the pan is a bit smaller than I expected, so I can fit about 4 bone-in chicken thighs in there, but not MUCH more at the base. Also, I like the double handles for ease of picking up/lack of obstruction but they do get hot.

Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.
