Do not buy these! They are the worst. My first set lost its stick within a year. So I looked at the care instructions and thought there were some aspects I could do better so I got another set and within six months following the care instructions diligently they were sticking so badly it was ruining meals.

I loved my Valencia pro fry pans so much, they are smooth, stainless steel bottomed, unlike the set I bought that has a nubbly black bottom on it. I was hesitant to even use it, but I thought surely it must not be harmful to glass induction cooktops otherwise they wouldn't sell it. Well, I was wrong, my cooktop was blemish free until I started using these pans. Makes me sad, because I do love cooking with them. I will use them sparingly and only with a towel under them, which thankfully I can do with an induction cooktop. Don't know what you can do to protect a regular glass top cooktop though.

Great cookware! Just follow the instructions and you’ll be more than satisfied. Works great on my gas cooktop - heating much more evenly than my trusty iron skillets.

My son burnt his eggs in this pan. He is learning how to cook and sometimes forgets to turn down the heat. So when I saw these pans I had to give them a try. I'm very impressed how easy anything just wipes out clean.

Took a while for me to decide on a new cookware set. I needed something induction suitable and this fit the bill. Extra bonus that this is ceramic so healthy cooking without toxins. Cooks food evenly and browns well. Happy with purchase.

My sister and I each bought a set and we both love them. Nothing sticks or burns, ever. The 1 star review is probably fraudulent. These are high quality products. Buying a third set now as a gift.

We are so happy with our Valencia set. It heats up quickly with medium or low heat setting with no toxic fumes. Cleaning has been easy and there is no scrubbing. We are sold on GreenPan!!

This is my second purchase from this company. The first was over 10 years ago. I did not receive a manual with them back then. I mishandled them and over the years they lost their non-stick coating.

Bought this set last year and is already rusting horribly on the bottom not to mention the ceramic coating inside is also chipping off. Waste of money especially the high price tag with this set.
