This cookware is absolutely the best. It cooks beautifully and so easy to clean. It cooks hotter than what you're probably used to, definitely cook on medium to low heat unless you're searing.

Only 6 months with the pan and It's imposible to cook in this pan without oil because everything is getting stick and you can only use the oil that GREENPAN recommend it. For me was a very bad investment. I will not recommend this pan!

My son burnt his eggs in this pan. He is learning how to cook and sometimes forgets to turn down the heat. So when I saw these pans I had to give them a try. I'm very impressed how easy anything just wipes out clean.

Took a while for me to decide on a new cookware set. I needed something induction suitable and this fit the bill. Extra bonus that this is ceramic so healthy cooking without toxins. Cooks food evenly and browns well. Happy with purchase.
