My husband just bought me this set and I couldnt be happier! Food cooks beautifully and clean up is a breeze! Some important hints: Cook on low heat, always use butter or oil for frying and saute. Never scrub with abrasives and use pads between pans for storage to prevent chips or nicks. If you do this it will last forever! I feel some of the negative reviews on here are because some people dont do tthese basic things to care for their GreenPans!

Why did I not have these pans earlier in life? They cook evenly and beautifully. My husband does the dishes & he often says "thank you" for purchasing. They are so, so easy to clean. I have given away all other cookware. Love them, love them & love the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these pans! The non stick surface is so great and never a mess to clean. I have to use the tinniest amount of oil to cook or even sear meats. I love the vibrant colors they come in too.

This set was gifted to our family for Christmas and we were excited about switching to a non toxic option in cookware. Unfortunately, these pans do not hold up to everyday use well. The inside of the pots easily scratch (even with using wood or plastic utensils) and the rims chip. It is also easy to stain these pans while cooking and residue can be left behind even after washing well. While I anticipated having to be careful while using this type of pan I was not expecting them to be so delicate. I would not recommend these pans for someone who cooks on a regular basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pan! Can cook just about anything in this pan and it will not stick. It's the perfect size for grilled cheese or scrambled eggs and just for 1 or 2 people cooking. It holds it's heat well and cools down quick, it also cleans very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a while ago to replace an old worn out pan. The size is great for my family of 4 and it has a really nice look to it. Ive used it several times and it really is non stick. The only thing that worries me is that there's a buildup of coating on the inside from the manufacturer process I'm really hoping that doesn't become a place for it to flake off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Y'all have no idea how excited I was to be able to get this Valencia Pro Incredible Egg cooking set. I love to cook and I can always use a pan that specifically for eggs alone. This one is pretty expensive for just a pan that's like most of my other pans, but I gave it a full and fair chance & compared it to my other pans as I cooked my eggs in it for the first time. The Incredible Egg cooking set arrived at my home super quickly. They had shipped it and I didn't know until the day before it was delivered! I was glad to see that they packed the set into a bigger box with a little bit of padding to prevent any damage from happening during shipment and I really appreciated that. The Incredible Egg cooking set itself, appears to be just like all of my other cooking pans. The nice thing about this set is that it included a lid for my pan, a new spatula and even 2 silicone egg rings. I just can't see paying that much for a single pan no matter what it comes with. Which is why I'm thankful I got to try this out and see what it's like. It does cook eggs very evenly and doesn't burn or stick at all just like my other pans. I really like that I can use metal utensils on this pan without worrying about it getting scratched or chipped and you cannot really do that with most of my other pans. So I thought that was really great. The pan is broiler & dishwasher safe and can used on all kinds stove tops, including induction. So anyone can use this pan in their home no matter what kind of stove they have. You cannot beat that at all. I didn't know you couldn't use certain pans on certain stove tops until this one showed me on their original packaging. Which by the way has all the best information for you to read about the products in this set. I like the grey color but wish it would have came in a bright or neon color for some fun flair! The west the pan's handle feels in my hands is also nice. It isn't too thick and bulky feeling. It also doesn't get too hot when you're cooking. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you cannot put the glass lid for the pan or the egg rings in the oven if it's temperature is over 425 degrees F. There is a limited lifetime warranty on the pan only. I think that's great. I do recommend this pan if you can afford it! It's a real good pan for more than just eggs. I have cooked all kinds of things in mine. Also, I would totally have saved up money until I could purchase this pan at this price. It's well worth it! You guys will love it as much as I do.

Our cookware was getting old and we were shopping for some new pans. We’ve made some pretty radical changes to our diet over the past several years and continuing to use cookware that could expose us to toxins made no sense. We did some homework and decided that Greenspan offered the products we wanted to try. To date they’ve been really great. Easy to cook with, easy to clean, and they look nice too.
