I've used other ceramic pans before, but they were nothing like the green pan. They clean so easily and food just slides across the surface. Oh and they heat up so quickly! I will forever buy this brand.

I love these pans! They are very easy to clean, and heat evenly. I've had them for about a year and half now, and they still look brand new. I dishwash mine, but with Puracy brand soap, which doesnt have all those harsh chemicals that mess up the coating. I love knowing that i'm not exposing myself or my family to toxic PFOAS

I loved my Valencia pro fry pans so much, they are smooth, stainless steel bottomed, unlike the set I bought that has a nubbly black bottom on it. I was hesitant to even use it, but I thought surely it must not be harmful to glass induction cooktops otherwise they wouldn't sell it. Well, I was wrong, my cooktop was blemish free until I started using these pans. Makes me sad, because I do love cooking with them. I will use them sparingly and only with a towel under them, which thankfully I can do with an induction cooktop. Don't know what you can do to protect a regular glass top cooktop though.

The quality is top notch, cooks food to perfection and cleans so easily! Typically my frying pans look worn and used after a few months but I’ve been using these for a few months now a couple of days a week and they still look brand new.

The rings are ok, the provided spatula isn't what I would grab to flip eggs though! I do think the pan is really high quality and durable without being heavy.

Matches my updated kitchen. These are the best. Non stick. Cooking has never been more enjoyable. They heat and cook perfectly and evenly. Lightweight and the perfect sizes. The handle also doesn't get hot when cooking. Easy to clean. I am very impressed and happy with this set. I have already recommended to my family and friends and now to you. You will love cooking again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are good quality. They are truly nonstick. But be forwarned you do have to take specific steps with pans. Like always using oil or butter and only soft sponges. It doesn't bother me much because I really like pans and they cook well so far.

Not only does is make amazing eggs among other things but I tested making crepes and as they normally come terrible with my other pans but with this one they came out perfect. Easy to clean this. I’ve used this pan almost every day for the past couple weeks and it still looks brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the best cook, but these made me want to cook more! They're heavy, but not overly so. Extremely durable! The non stick surface is so nice. The pans had a smaller and larger size, which is really all I use and need anyway. I was most impressed by the flat bottoms. Not only were they "rough" and not slippery, but since they were flat and textured they stayed put AND heated up faster, and more evenly. Usually pans have curved edges and the food in the center cooks first and faster, but these have a flatter surface area. I loved.how they came with a little "care" booklet, showing how to use and best care for these pans. Shown in the photo below is the large pan, and a sticker that came fastened to it. Smaller pan not shown.
