[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not the best cook and always struggle with choosing the right pans to use to avoid burning my food. This set was an absolute game changer! Tried them out without oil or butter to see if they were truly non stick and wow! I literally feel like a pro! It was a hassle free cleaning.

I got the 10" fry pan only: What I like: -Does a really good job at being non-stick, food slides right out, even without oil -Easy to clean -Comfortable steel handle has no openings for food to get trapped in -Nice dusty blue color and thick base; looks and feel more premium and warp-resistant than thinner cheaper nonstick pans -Oven and dishwasher safe is nice to have! No complaints yet!

I recently received this pan as a gift and therefore I’ve only used it for a short while. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of cooking with it and especially like how easy it is to clean. I like using EVOO especially when sautéing vegetables. Contrary to some reviews I have read, I did not experience the oil staying on the outside edges of the pan. In fact, I thought the oil itself was evenly distributed in the pan. I have also read some reviews where burning or food sticking to the pan was a problem. I can only guess that maybe this was a result of cooking on a high flame. Fortunately, I have not experienced this either. I do cook at medium to low heat on a gas burner which may be the reason why. I am really looking forward to using the pan in the oven since I currently do not have a pan that is oven safe. At this point, I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a healthy, well-built pan that cleans up effortlessly!

We have had our set for a little over a year now and was good for the last 12 months but now that we are 14 months in eggs are sicking really bad despite using a lot of butter or oil. I would not recommend buying this brand if you are looking for something that last longer than a year. And their cleaning process sucks too once you realize it’s already ruined.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this incredible egg set! It works great and helps me make the best eggs possible for my family. My absolute favorite part of this set is the spatula it comes with, it is so much easier to use and clean than a slotted spatula.

I treated myself to the Valencia Pro 11 pc set in the spring of 2018. I am the designated cook for family gatherings as well as routine daily meals. I have used a variety of cookware lines, and none of them have held up as nicely as these. I have followed the instructions and don’t use metal utensils, and use the protectors for storage. Pure olive oil is recommended, but I have used regular olive oil and butter in my cooking without any issues. They heat up quickly, and I do not cook over the 6 setting and most often use a 4 and lower. The variety of sizes in this set serve me well. And the glass lids allow you to see what’s happening in that pan! I wish the 5 quart stockpot were a bit larger, and a lid for the 12 inch skilled would be a nice addition. The handles on the lids and the handles on the stock pot do get very hot. Pot holders necessary to prevent burns. I have cooked with propane and with natural gas and would recommend this product.

I have been cooking with my new pots and pans for two months now, on an induction cooktop (which is new to me). I LOVE my pots and pans. They are sturdy, cook evenly, are truly nonstick, and so far, are doing great in the dishwasher. I handwash whenever I can/have time, but it is really nice to be able to throw them in with the days' dishes. I got the navy color and it is gorgeous. Very happy with my purchase!

I think these are it! They are amazing nonstick and they clean real easy. The only thing I don’t like is the handles tend to get hot so make sure you usual an oven mitt!

My husband just bought me this set and I couldnt be happier! Food cooks beautifully and clean up is a breeze! Some important hints: Cook on low heat, always use butter or oil for frying and saute. Never scrub with abrasives and use pads between pans for storage to prevent chips or nicks. If you do this it will last forever! I feel some of the negative reviews on here are because some people dont do tthese basic things to care for their GreenPans!
