Excellant! I have been using the pans for three weeks now. They distribute heat very well. They alow food to slide out easily. Very easy to clean. Love them. I'm someone who does alot of cooking and enjoy cooking. Highly recommend them. Cost is reasonable too.

These are a very nice set. We are getting used to induction which is a big learning curve from gas but healthier. We are treating these like baby ducks when we wash them because we don't want to scratch them. I make scrambled eggs with no oil and they don't stick which is like being in real heaven. Really really hoping these are actually healthy like they say, biggest reason we got them is to help with health issues and we had a terrible time with our stainless steel pans. They are pretty too.

I did a great deal of research on cookware before deciding that the GreenPan Valencia set would be best for our family. I couldn't be happier with them! Knowing that the nonstick surface is not toxic was the primary reason but being able to send my old cookware in was a plus! I truly appreciate the sustainability efforts of the company!

GreenPan has always been on my radar, but I thought my other pans were good, so I wasn't up for the change. Eventually my favorite skillet for breakfast cooking needed to be replaced, and I chose the square skillet from GreenPan. This was so far beyond the "good" of my pans, the clock started ticking that day. So, after using the square skillet for about a year with no noticeable wear, I decided it was definitely worth the overall upgrade. Now I'm the proud owner of a whole GreenPan set, and couldn't be happier. I have a lovely thermador induction cooktop, and with these pans, the heating is so even, I feel like I'll probably never burn anything again.

I just replaced my gas stove with an induction range. I had Green Pan cookware but it was not suitable for the new cooktop. I just started using these and they are phenomenal. Nothing sticks to them, they are easy to clean, and definitely work well on the new stove, although I'm still learning the nuances of that.

I love my new Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick Green Pan cookware! They are so easy to clean and make cooking a joy. I'm so glad I bought them! I've been looking for several months trying to decide what to buy and I'm so happy that I decided to purchase this set!

My wife and I purchased a new cooktop that was truly induction, not just flat surface. We decided to order all new cookware and decided on the Valencia Pro 11pc set from GreenPan. We have not had a chance to use all of them yet, the smaller suate pans and sauce pan heve been used extensively. They clean up so easily that you dont really need to use anything other than a little soap and a dry rag. Thanks for making a great product at a fair price!!!

We are pleased so far with our GreenPan Cookware set. I use the smallest skillet nearly daily, and I have been pleased with the evenness of the cooking, and the quality of the non-stick surface.

I was hesitant to try ceramic cookware as I’m used to cast iron and stainless. Omg. I love these pans so much! They cook faster than my cast iron but absolutely no stick. Perfect browning, pop in to the oven when needed. Don’t wait! Just get them.

This is my 3rd purchase of this set. 2 for me and I gifted a set to someone. They are durable, the surface does not flake off either. I absolutely love them.
