Slightly hard to open and close. It's big! Looks like it would handle a lot of clothes. A little confusing to change settings. Steam seems like a good feature.

A lot of great features for adjusting drying time which eliminates unnecessary usage and electricity or gas. Good that unit is available for electric or gas hookup. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is a dream for when it comes time to switch out your bedding. Its 8 cu ft capacity can dry almost anything. I am always weary about dryer that offer smart features that adjust timing to help prevent overdrying because I often still find my clothes wet, however, this feature in this dryer works perfectly. The display elements seem a bit lower quality compared to the rest of the appliance so I do worry about the longevity of those over years of use.

So disappointing. The gage of metal on the sides of dryer is not heavy enough. zthe side were bowed inward. My husband had to screw a 1"x2" piece of wood on the inside of dryer to straighten and keep the metal from bowing inward so the tub would not hit the sides and make loud knocking sounds. My last Kenmore dryer was still working after 21 years. I'm hoping this one will last that long too.
