At least you can swap out a battery if it dies. This is even with proper maintenance. look up jetson reviews. you'll get one season out of this product. if you buy for Christmas you won't even get it to summer before it dies and you'll be out of a warranty by that time. This is their business model.

mixed bag
This bike is a mixed bag. After a month of use this is what I found- The good- -easy set up out of the box -Long battery life -fairly quick charging -on "3" speed this bike is pretty quick The bad- -Tires are definitely not for any sort of off-roading. These are street tires. -no suspension at all -no headlights or taillights. -the foot rests are cheap plastic that always fall off. This has caused my daughter to wreck. Overall I'd say this is sold as a dirt bike and it's definitely not that. it has street tires, no suspension and no headlight, taillight. This bike works best on flat, solid ground and that's about it. If I put more thought into this purchase I definitely would have bought something with more aggressive tires, some sort of suspension and has atleast a headlight. this is a cheap starter bike for young kids and not much more.

Defective unit. Stopped working after light use.
It was a great toy for 2 30 min. play sessions. After that it started to make a noise like a table saw when the throttle was engaged. The wheel would spin intermittently with no rider, but with a regular rider (75 pounds) it would still make the nose and not really move. I tried to use customer service and was directed to AI. I went through their troubleshooting which ended in statements that said it was broken and needed professional service. I tried to contact live customer service and received a message that they were closed, despite being firmly in their availability window. So, really my only option is returning it to Sam's Club via a shipping label that can be used at my local FedEx location (I live over an hour from the nearest Sam's club.) I think we just got a unit with some defect. I have already ordered another (while the sale is still on) to replace this one.

Bought this bike as a christmas gift for our 10 year old. The handle bars attach to the frame with 2 bottom clips and 2 top clips. Our product came with 3 bottom clips and 1 top so we cannot attach it. After 3 days of back and forth with Jetson saying we must be confused, they just said spare parts are out of stock so they will issue us a store credit for other jetson products. What non sense. I love Sams Club, but they should really stop selling their products bc their customer service is horrendous.

Back tire went flat and has stayed flat or comes off rim. He has only got to ride it twice since christmas
My grandson got this bike for Christmas, the second time he rode it the tire went flat, put air in it. He tried to ride again the tire went flat and came off rim. Rim appears to be bent. Cannot find replacement info

Awesome bike!
We had a hiccup with the first one that got delivered having a torn seat, but they quickly replaced it. This bike is awesome. My son has been having a blast. He rides it every day. It’s super fast! Great quality
So far it's okay, but the kickstand is either bent or out of place slightly and will not support the bike. other reviews indicate that this thing won't last long overall, so I'll update the review if any other issues occur.

Great bike
Overall the bike is great and everything came nicely packaged. However the kickstand seems a bit loose or something and depending on how you lean the bike over, sometimes it won’t stay upright and falls over. Besides that everything else seems perfect.
