It provides excellent back support — not too firm and not too soft, which is perfect for me. The temperature regulation is great: even on warmer nights, I didn’t feel overheated, which was a pleasant surprise. The comfort level is outstanding — I sleep much better than I did on my previous mattress. It’s too early to judge durability, but the materials seem high-quality and sturdy. It’s a Queen size and packaging was really nice minus the bottom of the box was open. I haven’t opened it yet but know I’ll need to take 24-48 hr to have it fluff out. This will be great in my extra spare bedroom!
