When my son was first born, I was so picky on what I would trust on his tuckis. I got more huggies than I did any other brand at my baby shower. And then when all those ran out I went diaper shopping, which was a new expierence and i was standing there for 20 minutes comparing packages. But I had a 6week old baby in the cart so I chose simple huggies snug and dry. They keep what they need to; in & even if my precious angel sleeps for 8-9 hours in a night I dont have to worry about his diaper leaking. It's great to have confindence in something so simple rather than just say "this is what I always get, they're alright I guess".

Soft material didn’t scratch or bother my son’s skin Had a blowout barrier in the back to keep messy diapers in the diaper. I was also pleased that they kept my baby overnight.

I have 2 kids 21 months apart. i tried the cheaper brands with my first child only because they were given to me at the baby shower. i learned real quick that Huggies were the BEST. not only did they hold all the messes they were noticeably thicker and softer than ALL the other brands. i felt completely at ease when my kids had the huggies on. the cheaper brands made me feel nervous...like when is the big mess gonna explode out of the diaper. I have never had a problem with pee, but any time my daughter poops it gets absolutely everywhere. I understand these are not meant for super active babies or play time but they leak any time no matter what she is doing. I first experienced it in the car seat and assumed I had put it on wrong, but every time we go somewhere I end up having to completely change her outfit and go home to take the car seat apart to wash it. I can not express enough how inconvenient this is. I have had my first experience waking up to a poop covered crib the other day, again she was not "active" at this time, just asleep. & I typically use the pampers "dry" diapers and I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced a leak of any kind with those. I purchased these because I had received coupons but I can't handle the mess I'm constantly cleaning up. It has gotten to the point where I'm just mixing these in with my pampers when I know she isn't going to be pooping any time soon. Can't wait until I use up the box I purchased. Disappointed! I would equate these to Walmart's "parents choice" diapers which I would never buy for the same reasons but if you're thinking these are worth any more than those you're better off saving money and buying those.
