Huggies Mickey Diaper Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These diapers were great for the daytime! Cute design and during the daytime they stayed on my son well. There were a few details that I think would move this from a 4 star to a 5 star. For one, I think having colored tape tabs would make it much easier to identify the front / back of the diaper in a low-light environment. I also think the front / top of the diaper where the diaper hits the stomach could improve. It’s a bit flimsy / paper-like and it rolled down and inward very easily causing my son to wake up with wet clothes.

Dependable Huggies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huggies have always been reliable. These ones in particular have the indicator of when the diaper is wet. They fit the baby very well even when she is crawling around; I don’t have to worry about them moving out of place. They are very absorbent and feel soft. Great product overall!

nothing compares!

of coarse we've all tried the cheaper brands of diapers to save a couple bucks, but I know that I've always gone back to huggies! what I love most about the snug and dry diapers is when it comes time to change I know I don't have to worry about leaks, the diapers don't have that "squishy" feel to them. my daughter is very picky about her diapers being even the slightest bit wet, with huggies it's like she doesn't even notice, that's all the proof I need :)

Disappointed

I've had nothing but headaches using this particular diaper. My son who is 29lbs and fits in 5's just fine in every other brand of diaper, including Huggies movers, doesn't seem to fit him right at all. These diapers leak, they don't stay put, the bands stretch out so quickly that my son walks away like he's saddle sore. I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch of the snug and dry or if I need to go down a size for future purchases (if there is a next time)... These will be a last resort option for my children. This Mama of soon to be 3 doesn't need all the extra work of washing soaked clothes and bedding.

Thank you for taking a moment to review our Huggies Snug & Dry diapers. We know keeping your son dry is important and we wish your experience had been different. Judging by your son’s weight, he is wearing the correct size of diaper, but leaks can have many culprits including the shape or sleeping position of your little one. Our Huggies Little Movers diapers are constructed with a different shape, which is why you may see them perform differently for your son than the Snug & Dry diapers. As our Little Movers diapers were able to provide your child with a comfortable dry, we recommend to stick with them. Our Consumer Care team would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to learn more about this purchase as well as look to find a way to help your growing family. When you have a moment, please take a moment to connect with our Consumer Care team either online at http://bit.ly/8ZuAUH or by phone at 1-877-648-2484 (Monday - Friday, 8 am – 4 pm CST). Thank you!

3 diapers and 2 blow-outs (one pee)

I was very disappointed with these diapers. For newborn and size 1, I used a competitor because our warehouse store did not carry those sizes. However, now that my daughter has moved into size 2, I thought I'd try Huggies because the warehouse store didn't carry my brand. I was a little worried, because there were 200+ diapers in the box, but Huggies is a name brand so I thought I would be safe. I wasn't a fan of the flimsy Velcro tabs that almost seemed like a strap around the backside of the diaper. The competitor's diapers had tabs that seemed to be more a part of the diaper. Also, the backside did not seem as wide as I was used to. But, I wanted these diapers to work because they were priced better. All was well with the first diaper. Then, I tried the second. When I was spreading out the diaper, I ended up pulling just a little too hard and part of the diaper ripped off. It wasn't part of the coverage, so I put it on anyways. This time, she went BM. It was just a little one (something the competitor's diapers could handle) and it came out the top in the back. I was starting to realize that these might not be the diapers for us, but I put on one more. Not five minutes later, I felt pee on the back of my daughter. In the four months she's been alive, she's never pee'd out a diaper in less than 8 hrs (overnight - sometimes). I will be going back to my other brand, even though they are more expensive.

Good fit and cute pattern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the fit of the diapers on the legs and waist but after some activity the diaper started to bunch at the waist. Despite this, it still held strong and stayed on. I feel as if they don't hold as much as the other diapers we use and started to have compression leaks when I picked my son up in the morning despite not being very wet. His clothes weren't wet as if the diaper had leaked but I could definitely feel moisture in the front where he peed. I think these would have been much better suited for my girls or younger boys, not at the latter end of their diaper wearing days. I'd definitely use them again but they wouldn't be my first choice unless a change was made to the outer layer to make it more water resistant.

Keeps Baby Dry

I have two kids: 19 mos and 2.5 mos. When the second one was born, I thought maybe I could save some money by trying the "off" brand diapers from my local sueprstore. NOPE. Huggies keeps the moisture off my baby's bottom and keeps the smile on my face (even during diaper changing time :D).

Leakage protection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the Huggies Snug and Dry diapers! The Huggies brand does run a bit bigger than other diapers, but I’ve never had any leakage with them like some other diapers and they’re awesome for overnights. 10/10 would recommend!

Sadly, they peel apart

I went to the store looking for Huggies little snugglers, but purchased these instead because of the reasonable price. Upon initial use, I noticed they were kind of stiff, not the best in terms of softness, but the promise of baby being extra dry kept me going. For the most part the diapers held up pretty well, no leakage, and baby has indeed been dry, BUT... I noticed little pieces of diaper on my baby while changing her. The absorbent material is all over her tush when it's time to change her. SUPER ANNOYING, especially since it just rolls all over the places when wiping her. I have to pick pieces of diaper of her tush and private area at every diaper change. I will finish out the diapers I have, only because I can't get a refund at this point, but I won't purchase them again.

We appreciate your review and we're bummed you had this experience. It sounds like what you're describing our non-toxic, super absorbent material that can sometimes break out of the diaper when the absorbency capacity has been reached. Some parents have found moving up a size can help give their little one the extra absorbency capacity they may need. Otherwise, a different style may also help provide the protection that your baby needs since every child is different in terms of size, shape and diapering needs. We'd love to work with you to find a solution for your family. Please contact us online at http://bit.ly/8ZuAUH or by phone at 1-877-648-2484 (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST). Thank you!

I Love the diapers! but the size 1 leaks!!!

I always use Huggies for my son, but when he was a newborn in size 1 diapers the huggies leaked!!! n when he went to size 2 diapers i tried huggies again n they didnt leak and every other brand did. i think they need to have more leak protection in the size 1 diapers!
