[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a really nice pan! it has good weight to it and is a gorgeous color. it looks luxe. i took off one star for two reasons— (1) there’s some conflicts on the packaging on whether or not it is dishwasher safe. the box says it is, but the sticker on the pan itself says not to; and (2) it’s large but pretty shallow, which makes it only work for a limited amount of dishes. but i do think this is a good choice if you’re looking for a pan this size!

MrsMom here again - raising my rating slightly from six months ago. I have had the pans a year and a half now. I discovered that a new dishwashing power spray gets these pans right back to like new non-stick. I can flip eggs again without them sticking. They still tend to chip easily, but they are so beautiful. I do not put them in the dishwasher and I do not use metal utensils. I treat them like my Grandmother’s good china. The light interior does not stain or discolor, but the bottom of the pan does, as all pans will, with use. Much happier with this purchase since I found the blue spray wash.

I will admit that I was very sceptical of them at first, I have used them everyday for a week and man I love them. I can tell I have gotten cheap pans all my life after using these. They speed up cooking time and the pans heat up evenly. The color is beautiful. I will say that the handles on the 2qt soup pot do get really hot and you will have to use oven mitts to move it. But that is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had quite a few non-stick pots and pans in my lifetime. I have never had any that were as non-stick as these guys! At one point, I was almost scared that my scrambled eggs were going to slip right out of the pan when I was stirring them! Once I was done cooking, I tilted the pan over my plate and the eggs slid right out without any help from my spatula. Nothing I've cooked in these pans has stuck to them. It's almost become a game now to see if I can find something that will stick!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very impressed with the quality of GreenPan since I started using their cookware and this set of Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan is no different. Both frying pan are nicely made, have a good weight distribution and most importantly, cook very evenly. The nonstick coating also makes it very easy to cook and to clean. The gold-tone handles give the pans a nice luxury finish. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this set and highly recommend it.

I bought this set with high expectations given the hype. I used extra virgin olive oil to fry an egg sunny side up and I could not slide the egg onto my plate since the egg was stuck to the pan. Even with a silicone spatula the egg would not easily release. I didn't have this issue with my previous cooking set.

I use oil to cook my food. It is easy to clean (I usually handwash it). These pans are well made and I like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pan set. I love that it comes in three different sizes. I love the color and look of them. They are very modern looking. I also really like how fast the pan heats up and that nothing sticks to the bottom. I also really like how easy it is to clean. It wipes off really easy. You can also put it in the dishwasher. The only thing I didn't like is the instructions say you should only use oil or butter and not cooking spray on it. Other than that, I really like these pans and would highly recommend them.
