I purchased our cookware set a month and a half ago and already I am seeing chips and flakes on my 11 inch diameter pan. This pan has never been in the dishwasher. I hand wash each time. I don’t stack it on top of anything else. I have never used any metal utensils on it. I have followed all of the instructions and have taken extremely good care of this pan. Still, lots of chips and flakes after only one and a half months of use! I can only imagine what this pan will look like a year from now…I called customer service, and they said that there are no refunds. They said chips and flakes are completely normal. But again, after only one and a half months of use and after being so cautious?? They said that they only will send replacement from manufacture defects. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed because I was looking forward to having this set for many years (or at least one year!!) Don’t buy from this company! They do not offer refunds, their products have poor quality, and they do not stand by their products. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW... I LOVE my new GreenPan Lima 12" Ceramic Non-Stick Covered Frypan! It allows me to re-heat my favorite veggies, without the use of added oils. More exciting, I'm making chapatis from various flours, and cooking them in the GreenPan, completely without a drop of oil! No oil used in the recipe and not a drop of oil on the pan. The chapatis get a beautiful golden texture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these pans on eggs and grilled cheese. I only used a tiny bit of butter for flavor and my eggs didn't stick. The grilled cheese melt over also wiped right up. Clean up was a breeze. I love that they don't contain PFAS, PFOA, or lead. These are always a major concerns of mine when purchasing frying pans. I usually have to use lots of elbow grease and give up durability to avoid them. Green pan seems to be the perfect frying pans I've been looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frying pan is Gorgeous! The gold handle and lid handle are perfect with the taupe coloring of the outside of the pan. The pan works great and I love the non stick surface. Overall I wouldn’t change a thing.

This is a pan that you can make a sauce or something similar in without worrying about it sloshing out. There was no stickiness of food with what I have cooked in this pan. I like this pan so much that I have looked at this brands other items in stores for purchasing.

I received my order and was shocked to learn these are made in China. Disappointing at best. These reserve pans were reviewed by consumer reports and I didn’t see anything in the description that said they were made in China. Now I question whether the pans are any more safe than poisonous non-stick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several ceramic cookwares, this GeenPan Reserve frypan is probably the best in terms of quality- especially the interior. I have been using it everyday for about 2 weeks now. 12 inch is pretty big, but It heats up evenly. Nothing sticks so far. Although it says the dishwasher safe, I only hand-wash it. After the pan cools down, I soak it in warm water for half an hour or so. It's super easy to clean. I would love to have a smaller size next.

I don’t need to scrub or let them soak as much as I have other brands. The food is evenly cooked as well. I make pork chops with it and eggs, which has always been difficult to clean off with other items I’ve had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised to get this pink pan because it’s not something I would ever pick out for myself but it’s so feminine and has become my favorite thing in the kitchen! I made an Indian dish kheema which is very high in spices and turmeric and was able to easily wipe the pan clean without any staining! It heated quickly and cooked the meat evenly. The lid was nice to have and I like the gold accents!
