I have quite a few Green Pans and the higher the price the better the pan/pot. This one is great and I always hand wash and still use silicone utensils with this. So easy to clean. I would purchase again and don't be afraid to spend more in their product line.

I love these pans. Everything I’ve cooked with them so far has come out great and cleanup is a breeze. In addition to performing fantastic they look great too. They are sturdy but no too heavy and the handles stay cool to the touch when cooking. Definitely recommend .

I was looking for a new cookware set that was nontoxic and nonstick. After a lot of research, I bought this set. I couldn’t be happier. Nothing sticks and it cleans so easily. I will be buying more soon! The only thing is the lids scratch pretty easily. They already have black marks on them after a few uses. It’s not a big deal to me.

I literally use this pan every single day. Sometimes twice a day. It is my 'go to'. It has held up well to that kind of constant use. Heats very evenly and similar to a competitors commercial...when you put oil in the pan, it stays exactly where you poured it. Every time. Cooks exceptionally well at a lower temperature. Never any hot spots. Cleans up easily. Still looks brand new.

Not only are these extremely wonderful to cook in, they are so beautiful! They are hanging on a pot rack in my kitchen and my daughter in law walked in and the first thing she said was oh my gosh those are gorgeous! I love cooking in these, nothing ever sticks and clean up takes seconds. I’m slowly building my collection of green pans.

These pans are advertised on website as being "metal utensil safe" and "dishwasher safe". When you receive the product they recommend hand washing instead of dishwasher and silicone instead of metal "to prolong the life of your pan's coating". In other words, you can use the dishwasher and metal, but don't expect your coating to last. To me, "safe" means no adverse consequences, and a shortened life-span is an adverse consequence.

I've been wanting to cook on healthier pans (instead of nonstick) but kept putting off the decision to purchase anything. I like to really read multiple reviews and think through larger purchases. I've cooked about 2 weeks worth of meals on these pans and another one I got as well. The surface is very resistant to sticking-- which is what I wanted. It's interesting though it does take a bit longer to heat up and they do tell you to wait 90 seconds to heat it up before cooking. I have a gas stove so my experience may be different, but I think I've gotten the hang of how long it retains heat, how long to heat up, etc. I really like them so far. I have been following their recommendation to not exceed a medium temp when using them, which has made cooking some things a bit longer. Also the navy color, my favorite color, is beautiful.

This pan lives up to the statement from the manufacturer. It does cook food evenly throughout even at the lowest temperature. The chicken breast I cooked had been frozen but after placing it in the pan it still cooked evenly and had the grill marks that would make you think it had been cooked on a grill outdoors. The chicken came out juicy and extremely tender. The pan is excellent and fits in well with the 3 frying pans I also own.

This stockpot is wonderful. I only use Greenpan pots and pans and love them. This pan is much heavier that my other pans and instead of a glass top it has a metal lid but works as well as my others. I’ve used it for making soup and spaghetti sauce and love it.

This is my eighth Green Pan, and they just keep getting better and better! I will say that if you follow the directions for heating, use, utensils, and cleaning your pan will last a very long time. I have two small pans I use in my camper, and have given some as gifts.
