So far, So good! Solid pan, well built. Olive oil or ghee are your best friends.

These pans are great conductors of heat and cook everything evenly. I bought them because they are free of PFAS, but am thrilled to report that they function much better than other brands I've tried. Glad to own these and will be converting to all Green Pan products.

Absolutely love these pans! They are very well made and have a nice weight to them without being unwieldy to use. The coating is truly non stick and I love that this is a material I can feel safe about using in my home. One of the best features are the flat rivets where the handle is attached, they do not collect food/dirt the way others with more raised rivets can. I am very happy with these pans and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is 3rd non-stick induction frypan that I have owned and by far the best. Heating is quick and consistent, and non-stick surface is holding up well after ~1 year of close to daily use. Pan cleans up very easily and still looks about as good as it did on the day we got it. Highly recommended for induction cookers.

Have used GreenPan nonstick pans in the past and thought they were great. Upgraded to GP5 pans and can't believe how much better they are. The nonstick coating is truly amazing, the new colors and gold colored handles are beautiful, and the included utensils set a new standard for ease of use and clean up. Couldn't be happier with this purchase, just wish they would add more sizes.

This pan is the best griddle pan I have used to date. The non stick properties are impressive. Time will tell about the durability but it feels like the ceramic coating will hold up for years. So far I am very pleased with the performance of the griddle pan.
