Pretty good! Easy to make them in the microwave! They get kind of greasy and aren't as good as regular sausage! But my kids like them and they are great for a fast breakfast side! I'd probably buy again.

The meat I've been getting from these packages lately don't seem to be fresh. Have been chewy to bite. The smell is great and the seasoning. The texture just feels old.
