Jimmy Dean used to be my go-to. I have eaten these sausages almost every day for over a year as my standard "breakfast" on my Keto eating plan. They used to have a great nutritional profile for my purposes, tasted great, and had very little rendered grease when m'waved. Now they are so greasy there's a pond of grease when m'waved and no longer taste great -- just blah.

For many years, Jimmy Dean Fully-Cooked Breakfast Sausage links have been my go-to. The most recent sausages I bought looked fine, smelled fine, but when I bit into a link, the taste was strange. I tried a few more links and they also tasted strange. I don't know if it was just a bad batch, or the recipe was changed, but I'm dreading buying another package. This is really unfortunate because I have always enjoyed this sausage.

The Jimmy Dean’s sausage used to be a go to breakfast item. Not anymore. It is simply too salty. I am left trying to figure out what to do with rest of the package. What a disappointment. The packaging seems to changed as well. It is a much lighter package that tears easily. You have to be very careful tear only the package you want.

i love the blend of saltiness and spices that come in these lil sausages. i think it's the only think i really enjoy at hotels (even though they're probably not jimmy dean) but this type of sausage is my favorite and i love love love jimmy deans everything! this is particularly my go to because it simply just tastes amazing. long time customer and will never stop.

I have not been able to find the fully cooked pork sausage links in the bag for many months now....have had to switch to another brand...yuk. Saw you have the turkey sausage in bag again but don't like them....when will the regular ones be available???

The "new look" "same great taste" fully cooked original pork sausage links do have a new look perhaps because they are darker in color; however, in the microwave they do not cook up as tender and juicy as the previous ones--and they "crumble" in your mouth. Not a good change, Jimmy.

I love the fully cooked pork sausage links. I have them almost every morning for breakfast. However, the packaging could be made better. 1. The perforated strip on the side of the box does not tear very well. This has been a problem ever since I started buying your product. I've come to expect ripping the side of the box into shreds to get to the blister sealed packs inside----which are delicious. Lately, there is another package problem: 2. The blister pack used to be sealed to near the top, but not all the way to the end, allowing the purchaser room to get a hold of both sides of the plastic and pull the sealed side to get to the sausage inside. Now the last number of pork sausage links boxes I've purchased have to be cut with open with scissors. Bottom line: Love your product, just let me "get at It" with less hassle.

Since the new packaging, this sausage does not taste the same. My husband and I ate it for two breakfasts, and I tossed the rest of the package in trash can. We both are in our seventy’s and even though it says on package original recipe, we know for a long time it hasn’t tasted exactly like it did when it first came on the market. It was still good however, but with this last new packaging something has changed again. Basic recipe may be the same, but something has been added.

My 3 year old daughter loves the fully cooked sausage. She especially likes getting her toddler fork and knife out and cutting the links before she eats them. Since it is usually the two of us at breakfast, I love the convenience of being able to cook just a couple for us and cook them quickly. Thanks for making a great product for both of us!

LOVE these! We're always rushing around in the morning and I love knowing I can get some quick and easy protein in my kids before heading out of the door. The only drawback is they're a little greasy, but we solve this problem by gently squeezing them in a paper towel before serving.
