The arm did not work, it would pick up ONE shoe and take it into the bedroom, but it never came back to get the other shoe!!! If this is the "Ai" that is going to take our jobs; we are in a world of trouble!!! Also the machine picked up a neefle off the floor which put a hole in the divider between the dust bin and motor, we sent it in to be fuxed and was told we damaged the "motherboard" with water and was sent a "refurbished" model! This model worked worse than our original one; i got disgusted with the whole thing and took it back!!

Love “Dwayne the Roborock Johnson”! My follies have never looked so good! I have him run everyday before I get up and I wake up to nice freshly vacuumed and mopped floors.

I bought this about 4 months ago and it has been excellent goes over everything. My old one wouldn't go around cords this one goes around them flawlessly

I don't know how they can sell this product. It absolutely does not work sent this back before 30 days were up. No clue how this company is allowed to operate in the US market and charge customers these ridiculous prices for products that don't works. Good luck picking anything up with that claw it is just an absolute gimmick.

This robot has been near perfect thus far. App is easy to use, object avoidance is great, has relentlessly picked up after our husky daily.

Excellent product. Well worth the money. The home now stays clean. It has freed up time where I can be more productive.

A useless piece of crap. It gets stuck almost every time and I have to pull it out. More than once it just shut itself off after bumping into a child seat. The robo-arm is utterly useless—works maybe 1 time out of 10. The last straw was when it failed to detect dog poop and smeared it all over the floor and carpets. I'm tossing it in the trash and wouldn't recommend anyone waste this much money on this marketing crap.

Everything was easy and we got a nice new upgraded vacuum!

Operates as advertised. Seem to be a well built machine.
