I don't know how they can sell this product. It absolutely does not work sent this back before 30 days were up. No clue how this company is allowed to operate in the US market and charge customers these ridiculous prices for products that don't works. Good luck picking anything up with that claw it is just an absolute gimmick.

A useless piece of crap. It gets stuck almost every time and I have to pull it out. More than once it just shut itself off after bumping into a child seat. The robo-arm is utterly useless—works maybe 1 time out of 10. The last straw was when it failed to detect dog poop and smeared it all over the floor and carpets. I'm tossing it in the trash and wouldn't recommend anyone waste this much money on this marketing crap.

This robot has been near perfect thus far. App is easy to use, object avoidance is great, has relentlessly picked up after our husky daily.

Excellent product. Well worth the money. The home now stays clean. It has freed up time where I can be more productive.

I've tested for a couple of weeks. The robot is faster, more efficient, quieter than the old model. The mopping is better than prior. The stripes of water left by other pads is less noticeable, possibly because the mop vibrates at same time. It will actually remove some dirt and some stains, which is impressive and shows the vibration is working. Best Robot Vacuum I’ve Owned.

Easy set up. Once mapped, my daughter labeled the map areas with the furniture location and rooms. That is a five minute task and helpful. I like that after cooking I could send the little guy into the kitchen to collect the garlic paper and crumbs just by lifting a finger to my phone. Our cabin floor is noticeably cleaner (no stink bug carcasses) and we are more inclined to pick up the "debris of life" so it doesn't get in the way of the little guy. I'm impressed how determined it is to reach all possible places. One mistake in not picking up the old miniblind cords first. Caveat -- only have had it for a couple of weeks. Hope it keeps up its fine work.
