Usually don’t see a punch I was a little worried but glad I did. I highly recommend this product. I drink everyday.

I love how light it feels, but still gives me all the things I need like no artificial flavors, no fat, no added sugar, and protein! It contains 5 ingredients! Only 5, and I can pronounce every one! I love having a refreshing drink that I know gives me exactly what my body is needing. Normally I mix it with ice on my way out the door, and drink it while I drive to work. It gives me a boost to get me going for the day. I definitely recommend!

I love that it has 20 grams of protein in it, it really fills me up. The taste is delicious! It's probably the best tasting protein powder I've tasted. It makes our smoothies the perfect consistency and tastes like a dessert!

The container has a lot of product inside and a measuring scoop for ease of use. The powder devolves pretty well in my shaker and didn't leave any clumps. The flavor is tasty however, I wasn't expecting a little sour pucker to it. I still really enjoy taking my protein now. I use it as a recovery after my workouts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this protein powder as I had been looking for something that would mix with just water versus almond milk or regular milk. There is one heck of a learning curve for using the powder. My suggestion follow the instructions exactly. You cannot mix this by hand in a normal drinking cup. You absolutely have to use a protein cup with shaker ball or an electric mixer. There is no way around this option. Also, do not use room temperature water,cold water or barely warm water. You have to use a decently warm, almost hot water to get this to fully mix which is why I am only giving it four stars. It’s amazing over ice however it is not something that is made to be used during a workout in my opinion. It is rather thick and almost cloying. I water mine down if I’m using it during a working. I purchased This not for working out but because I have Gastro paresis. This is something I can hold down most of it if my body is refusing to process solid food.

This was a major turning point for me because I usually stick to the cream base Isopure drinks. So after trying this, I was a little dissatisfied but only for a very minor reason. It just doesn't seem to want to mix in very cold water. After vigorous work, I get my mostly mixed drink so I'm happy. And also, I can subtract some time from my workout schedule. It tastes amazing so how can one really complain?

Just add a scoop to your shaker bottle, add water, shake and then wait for the foam to go away and you have a fruity drink that has protein. The powder is very fine, so when you scoop and pour it slowly or you will make a mess. The taste is great, but there is a very slight bitter taste to it that is bearable. This is one of my favorite protein powders
