The flavor is great, tropical-fruity and that citrus really comes through, but did not leave me with indigestion, like some other citrus drinks. If you want a different option for high protein, give this a try.

After using following runs ranging 3-5 miles I felt better recovery and readiness for the next day. The flavor is tropical punch and while it is easy drinking and light, the aftertaste is just ok. Overall a great product.

I think it has a strong punch to it but I can still drink it. My wife doesn't care for it as much as the vanilla but she said I can have it and she will stick to her vanilla protein shakes. I like to mix this in my water after visiting the gym. It feels like I get more energy and protein in at the same time. I also do vegan 2 days out of the week so these are great as a protein supplement instead of meats.

I like that Im half way through the product and still about a half a month left on it. Also the flavor is really good. It doesn't seems lumpy or taste like chalk like some products do!

It's not really very sweet, which is great for me but maybe not for all. And it does get really frothy so be careful your first time mixing it up if you use a mixer. If the shakes make you feel heavy, give this a try.
