Just received my pressure washer today. It's a very compact which is what I needed, but there's something rattling around inside the unit. I managed to shake out one piece of what appears to be a broken tab. I haven't been able to shake out the rest. There's at least one more piece still rattling. I'm worried about starting it up with loose bits inside. I'm hoping I don't need to return this, because I have much needed work to do with it

I've used standard electric power washers that had wheels. They were heavy and invariably tipped over while trying to move them across the yard. Then the power cord, garden hose, and sprayer hose would get tangled. This power washer is light. I easily lifted it over my deck railing with one hand! It still has all three things that can get tangled, but because you can pick it up, it's simple to get everything in line again. It had just as much power as my old clunky model. It quickly cleaned my deck boards with the yellow nozzle. I think you'd have to have some serious dirt or paint to remove to even need the turbo nozzle. I would highly recommend this product!

I wanted something to use around the house that was small for storage purposes. It fits well on my storage shelf in the garage and doesn’t take up much space. It has great pressure for its size too compared to other smaller pressure washers. I’ve had it for a week and so far, I’ve pressure washed the deck, house siding, and an outdoor rug (one of these rugs is BRAND new, the other is 1.5 years old). I can’t hardly tell which is the new rug bc the washer cleaned it so well. I just bought some car wash cleaner suitable for the foam washer and I’m going to test this out today!

I bought this so I would not have to get my gas pressure washer out...works perfectly for cleaning my vehicles with the power of a gas pressure washer and not the HASSLE OF SETTING UP THE GAS PRESSURE WASHER....wish I'd bought it sooner. It's compact size and quietness make it indispensable for me.....easy set-up and storage.

Unit is so easy to set up and use, excellent pressure for washing car, cleaning walks, siding, bricks, etc. Plenty of pressure to do these jobs and no worry of getting an inch too close and taking off the car paint. Love the rotating nozzle. Light weight, easy to carry and store. Way Way Better than the last 3 units of other brands i've had to toss.

Since I bought this washer a week ago, I have power washed my concrete pave way, part of house siding, and entire huge deck. The washer is super easy to carry (even with me climbed up roof for siding wash), yet powerful enough to clean tough stains. I had doubt regarding the 2000psi at first, but it is sufficient around the house, just need bit patience. It is also amazing that it has been working for almost 1.5 hours non-stop endurance for my deck cleaning. Great product.

I went back and forth between the most powerful electric pressure washer and the little ePX3100v. I went with the little guy for storage space. For the typical home owner looking to pressure wash stuff around the house and clean a car, it works great! Plenty of power without taking up space in the garage!

I have had this pressure washer for a year now and it still works great. 2100 PSI is perfect for touchless car washing. If you want a better car washing experience, I recommend upgrading the spray gun and foam cannon. Add on swivel quick connects and you'll be looking for reasons to wash your vehicle(s).

This is the first day using this new electric powered pressure washer. Assembly went pretty easily, except that the directions to use the screws on the mount first, before the handle, made it more difficult to tighten the screws later because the mount was already in the way. The other info that I’m not sure about has to do with the soap dispenser. It says to follow the directions from the soap manufacturer -but the soap refers to two types of dispensers so I’m not sure if the supplied dispenser is downstream (requires diluting the soap) or upstream (not diluted). My guess is that this is downstream, but it would be useful to know for sure. I don’t think the soap was nearly effective as the action of the pressure itself. Dirt and mold came off my patio pretty well and worked to clean the stamped concrete (see photos).

I started piecing together my pressure washer set up at home a few days ago and found out that my old pressure washer was a dud. Looked up various amounts of different pressure washers and ran into this one. I work in maintenance and noticed this companies name on some of the equipment we have at work. Since I like this company’s stuff at my job, I trust that this pressure washer will be better than my expectations on it. I used it for the first time today, and already love it.
