First time power washer user, this is extremely easy to use and set up, gets the job done. My specific unit came with a defective hose that they are replacing, but other than that I have no complaints!

Bought last week, easy to assemble (don't cinch securing screws to tightly though), Connected and works as advertised. A lot easier than my gas machine, great for those little water cleaning jobs for sure!

I just purchased this unit and so far I am very pleased. The unit is exactly what I was looking for. Parts are all replaceable something I was unable to do with the last pressure washer I owned.

Just finished powerwashing my composite deck and it looks new again! Very easy to us, very easy to set up. Heads up that the outlet you plug into needs to be able to accommodate the wide plug on this unit. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Received my ePX3500 Electric Power Washer as a Christmas gift. The assembly was surprisingly easy. Which was a relief. Once assembled, I plugged in the hose and electric and went to work cleaning my PVC fence! I'm very pleased and grateful!

Bought this today and so far so good. Extremely happy with everything to be honest. All the tips work good the scrubber, all of it. Nice lil electric unit.

Simple and efficient setup. Turned it on and there wasn't a drop of water leaking from anywhere. Biggest surprise was how much quieter it was compared to other pressure washers i have used.

I just got this. Wish I had it a long time ago. A big gas one sits in the garage which I didn't want to tackle and this one is great and easy to use. My patio, pool deck and screens will never be so dirty again.

I used it to spray off the pollen in my screened-in porch and clean the black off my brick steps. I also rinsed off our cars. It did a great job cleaning everything up.

If Apple computer made an electric sprayer, this would probably be it. Very nice design. Compact yet powerful enough to clean my dirty white cement patio.
