I have been purchasing these towels since they first became available, they are GREAT!!. Recently I was helping refurbish a apartment for widows, widowers and pastorial couples supplying bath towels was one of the items on the list. Never thought about using any other towels , Hotel Premier Collection are the best.

The towels are large, thick, and once they are washed and dried, nice and fluffy. They only concern is that the loops snag easily. I had to order a couple of the bath towels on line as the color I wanted, grey, was out of stock at my store. When I was taking them out of the box a snag was pulled. However, I carefully cut it off and you can’t tell where the snag was. This was my first time to order on line from Sam’s and I was very pleased with how quickly I received my order. I wish they had a broader selection of colors. If they had had a cobalt blue, I would have bought some for a different bathroom.

This is my second set of Hotel Premier Collection towels. The first set I bought a year ago in the peacock color for our master bath. They are so fluffy and soft and are very absorbent. Plus, the color is rich and quite pretty. Not to mention, the great price! So when we recently moved and I needed a new set of towels for my kids’ bathrooms in our new house, I didn’t hesitate to buy more of the Hotel Premier Collection towels. This time I purchased the navy blue color, and they did not disappoint. The color is almost indigo - it’s very pretty - and my kids live their new, fluffy towels!

I've bought all my towels from Sam's for 20 to 25 years and always loved the larger size, feel and function. These are not absorbent at all. They feel more like microfiber than cotton. They also changed their sheets. Time to find a better source for both.

These are the only towels I buy now. They say don't bleach, but I do. They have just the right amount of "fluffy" and dry fast. They do lose a lot of "lint" in the first wash but that is to be expected. I also use their hand towels. I am thinking of buying some colors other than white.

Very pleased with these towels. They are large, thick and soft, honestly much nicer than I expected for the price. Because they are so thick, they will take longer to dry than an average towel but unless conditions are very humid, they will be dry the next day if hung up properly. They are also a little bulky for wrapping around your head/hair but it isn’t a significant drawback. Overall, a very nice and high quality towel.

Towels feel great %26 looked nice... until they got snagged on everything prior to even getting home/out of store, then very bad after using (prior to washing). The threads pull easily/get hooked on everything, and now look old %26 raggedy. Athough I loved everything about them initially, I wouldn't recommend, %26 definitely won't be purchasing any more after both sets snagged very easily (pulling very long threads %26 ruining). Very disappointing and a total waste of money!

Sam’s towels always the best quality!! This is where I always go to buy new towels and also my family… I have towels from 10 years and there’s still in great quality not deteriorated I will get rid of them when I see if they get thinner but for now they are good as new

Towels are great. Soft, and absorbant. Decided to reorder after trying some, only to find out that there was no more stock of the dark teal color. No information available about when or if more will become available. Kind of ruins the buying experience.

I stayed at an Air Bnb that had these towels and they were so amazing I rushed home to buy some for myself. They are soft, thick, and fluffy. The colors are beautiful and the perform great. However as some other members recalled, they began to fray after just one wash. Threads are coming off the sides already. I had hoped these beautiful towels would be with me for a long time but I am worried they may not hold up to use. Obviously this is not the case for everybody who gets these, and they truly are wonderful towels.
