This is the most difficult car seat to install and uninstall. When rear facing the seat slides from side to side. Even with the anchor straps tightened as tight as you can get them.

Does bit secure the seat well. It moves all over the place. The seat belt keeps loosening after each use so it's easy to not notice and putting child at risk. Cup holders pop off very easily and are essentially useless.

The car seat seems comfortable. It is well padded and the padding on the straps are good. It is easy to use and will last for a long while with the adjustable straps.

Comfy and fits well in the seat of my vehicle. The light weight is a plus for my family members who do not drive and are dependent on taxi service or family for transportation.

Sam's keeps getting my email mixed with another person. Driving me crazy. I have tried getting them to fix this yet it's like working with a flat wall.

Our baby hated our graco, but is happily content in this one. Had to pull and yank to get it to tighten enough to be safe for like an hour. But finally some peace in the car.

I was sent a used car seat. I called to complain, I was told to donate or trash it and I would receive a refund. Six calls and one month later I finally receive my refund. Very disappointed with this purchase!!!

Pads to keep belt off of skin is velcro. Our 16 month boy takes them off. The belt that connects to anchor has a tightening strap. Once tight you can't release the belt to remove the seat.

Cannot get it to tighten down its slides around in the backseat…. Not designed well at all. And my baby does not want to lay head back it's in awkward position
