very disappointed

1 stars, I'm very disappointed because the car seats were shipped in boxes that are not the manufacturer one, looks like a someone returned them, and more important safety!!!!! I don't know if they were usued, came without the manual books or any kind of paper and no instructions and no safety tips paper either. I can't tell if is missing any part like the anchor, or if is not included, because there is no booklet or paper.This are car seats for babies, not for dogs or a pet that you keep in the back seat. When you install a car seat for your babies you need to be 100 % sure that is being installed properly with the manuals for references. And more important if they were used, If someone returned them they may not be in condition of be use again because the safety and standards. I got them for my my grandkids but I probably will return them and get others from any store and not online.

Good car seat for the price

We bought this for our 1yr old granddaughter for my car and she loves it, coming from an infant car seat she has alittle more room. My husband and I did have some difficulty getting it to not wiggle being that she still needs refacing so we took it to local fire station before we took her in it and they had their CPST come out and redo it for us and he was able to install it in our SUV and now it doesn't move, apparently there is something with the seat belt that you have to hear the clicking to get it to lock in so it doesn't move and be in there properly, at least with my car a Lincoln. I'm so appreciative he could show us the proper, safe way. It's easy to strap her in and she doesn't “fight” us to in this one like her other car seat they bought, we haven't had any issues with the straps becoming loose like others have mentioned, once we put her adjust chest/shoulder piece and pull it tight it stays. The price was good, got it on sale for $84 so for our once a week babysitting its perfect for us
