Instructions are trash

Taking a couple of stars off because it took me a lot longer than it should have to assemble this trampoline. Instructions aren’t accurate, so I had to search the internet for answers. Overall, my toddler loves it and it feels safer than a traditional trampoline.

GREAT OVERALL BUT ONE MAJOR FLAW HMM

We love everything about this, but there is one major design flaw. There is a 1-2 inch gap between the trampoline and the padding. Entering is not a problem. but both my 3- and 1- year-old grandkids get a foot caught in this gap when exiting making it a fall hazard. I've tried and tried to come up with a solution myself but haven't so far. The manufacturer really should address it though.

Instructions is a joke

We brought this for our 4 year old Daugther for her birthday right before Christmas. For over a month we been trying to understand what to do, and the instructions was a complete joke. Today we just took it upon ourselves to just wing it, and it worked unfortunately is it perfect no but our girl loves it. If you're having difficulty with the instructions like we did, I will say just start with putting the legs on first and go from there.

Good product HORRIBLE to assemble

Once assembled the trampoline is nice and sturdy. Toddler loves it. But assembly is TERRIBLE. The instructions provided are trash and not helpful at all. There are no answers online so don't even waste your time. One down side is the overall size (a bit larger than 4ft), once assembled really difficult to move anywhere else so make sure where you build it is where it's going to live.

Easy to put together

Took me 15 mins to get this thing together, for the people that struggled I'm honestly baffled. I mean instructions weren't the greatest but it was very self explanatory. Seems like a sturdy product wish it was a little bit bigger. My 2 year old daughter loves it and didn't want to get out.

Great if you can get past the smell!

We really love this trampoline so far but it smells SO BAD… like burnt rubber. I'm hoping it goes away after a few weeks, but so far we've had it for 5 days and it still smells awful.

So i was struggling to assemble this for almoat 20 minutes, literally sweating and swearing, tried to find a video etc etc. FINALLY looked at the pictures here to see the hole the directions tell you to stick the poles on the base in is the wrong one, it went together with no effort after seeing that. Seems high quality, but required some excessive oomph to snap the bounce area open all the way, its like an XL bear trap

Worth the hiccup

Kids love it. Very durable metal frame. Glad the springs are wide elastic bands, not metal springs (pinch points) or thin elastic strings (we had in the past and they break easily). One leg wouldn't go in all the way, but we just put it in and the hammered at it, into the hole, until it was in enough to line up. Annoying but not a deal breaker. App wouldn't let me load the picture, but it takes up about 5 feet of space, which feels like more honestly.
