I love all things Disney and Lego and I remember seeing this animated lamp on the big screen and how that made me feel as a kid is exactly how I felt building this and how I feel when seeing it in my collection. Some of the pieces were small and parts of the build were a tiny bit challenging but it was worth it in the end. Love this set!!

This was a really fun set to build and play with! It captures the charm and spirit of the original Pixar animation quite well — full of character and movement. The design is clever and nostalgic, especially if you’re a fan of Pixar. My only wish is that the lamp could actually light up — that would’ve made it perfect!

I haven't had this much fun building a set in a long time. I usually build quickly as I enjoy having display sets, but I really took my time with this one. All of the Easter eggs were so unique and fun. It also looks great on my shelf! Definitely an amazing set, though more for nostalgia and memories than play ability.

I picked up this set on a whim, and honestly, I’m glad I did. It’s a pretty quick build, and once done, it just makes you smile. The lamp moves, which is fun, and the Pixar ball is perfect. It’s not some massive, show-off display piece, but if you’re a Pixar fan, it’s super nostalgic and just hits you in the feels. It just gives off good vibes. Every time I look at it, I hear the sound effects in my head from the Pixar intro. Totally worth it if you’re into the movies or just want something fun and simple to build.

I grew up with Pixar and it brings me so much joy to have a model of the iconic lamp in my room. It articulates and moves great to pose into different positions, and I love having it sit on the ball. The build experience was fun with lots of cool techniques I’ve never seen before like the rubber bands and technic work.

I love everything Pixar and so when I saw this come up, I knew I had to have it. The build is fairly quick but it was totally enjoyable. There are tons of little Easter eggs within it. It love how the model is flexible. My only con would be that there should be some strengthening bricks on the bottom side, so that the base can't be jiggled off.

Got this for our 13 yo Pixar obsessed autistic son. He LOVES it!!! He had to “phone an AFOL” (me) a couple times when he made missteps but he managed to do it almost all himself. It’s a tough build for a kid but it’s so cool. He plays with it all the time now that it’s finished and it’s held up well. Very pleased with this build.
