Great car seat fits so well in bigger cars smaller cars it is a hard fit but no issue for me

The head support sucks. Soon as my toddler falls asleep her head isn’t supported.

The back does not lock in place unless the belt is very tight, almost too tight for my son. Getting it into place every single time I put him in is super difficult and having the height adjuster fall down as my son is in it and we are driving is criminally unsafe. It has happened a few times now. I will be getting a different car seat for him that is SAFE and user friendly.

My little one is about 3ft tall now at 2 years old. The issue is that once you move the head up the adjustment strap will get stuck on the locking notches for the shoulder straps. It then becomes a war of strength to adjust the harness. I'm 6ft 1in and fairly strong and this was hard for my. When I removed the seat to replace it I found the issue. Where they made the locking notches they tension strap literally gets stuck in the notches if you properly tension the secure strap that holds the back to your vehicle seat.
