The computer did a transfer of data and preferences from one computer to the another using one drive. A lot of things got very scrambled. None of my apps work. Data is missing. Been 3 weeks and still cannot use. No help from hp.

I love my new HP. It works great

I really like the All in One, as it was so easy to set up. Just plug it in and go. No bulky pc case to find room for, no wires to plug in various ports (I use a wireless keyboard and mouse.) The hard drive, camera, microphone are all contained within the monitor. It works great!

Just what I needed.

Simple to set-up, works well for all my basic computer needs. Love that it is so compact while providing a large screen. Mouse and keyboard included.

Overall decent computer, isn't quite as nice as the all in one HP we replaced, we do miss the disc drive and touch screen.

Great all in one PC, just the keyboard has bigger keys ( very old style)
