The past few weeks my last Microsoft surface started overheating, so I started to look for a new product. The surface was good, but since slowly retiring after decades of work (mostly in arts); I decided to look into Lenovo products which I never owned before. In the past, I liked the Snapdragon ones, so I went with this I-pad, which perfectly fulfills my daily needs (including editing of classical music files in my free time) and this I pad seems to work for me very well, plus I absolutely love it's keyboard, which seems to been designed exactly for my fingers size and my new Lenovo silent mouse, which is far superior to the ones I had in the past from Microsoft, or HP. I am very happy with it and hope it will serve me well for the next few years.

I'm a fan of SSD's for their non-moving parts and longevity. Also, the battery seems very long lasting, so far. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this computer. It is everything I could want except it won't let me use ReadyBoost to boost the graphics memory so that I could use it for gaming. I know ReadyBoost is for RAM but it would be nice if it was for the graphics memory as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aside from some older programs not working, great machine. I have CNC tiberium wars and redalert 2 and 3 running like champs. CNC generals ran but with some major graphical glitches. Older games honestly run really well on this. Combined with the battery life, I'm blown away. Screen has no edge bleed or lighting deformity. Anti reflective coating is on point. I already cracked this sucker open and added a second ssd for my games. I just wish they used the more commons 2280 m.2 ssd sized cards. The only 2242 ssd ones i could find were from timetec and kingspec. Speakers are passable and the keyboard is actually really solid with very little flex. Running team fortress 2 was pretty good too, 1200p @ medium to high settings with greater than 60fps performance was doable. If they build the snapdragon stuff into some windows gaming handhelds and tablets id buy that in a heartbeat. Assuming!!!! that the software compatibility gets better, this whole experience should get better as well. Only remaining gripe, this thing should have been chargeable over USB-C. But it does charge super fast. But at this point even the budget machines like this need to make that transition. I would safe me so much time.

Is it faster than most (no - it’s about the same). I like the various ports (hdmi, usb) and SSD. For the $$ it’s a solid 4 stars). A bit over blown in terms of speed - just like 5G speed is overblown.

The reason I bought it, however, was because the first one I bought, the cheapest one they had, was too slow from the outset: way to slow to even be considered a computer. I had a book on Windows and used it to make it fast. Now I am stuck with two computers! I am not sure what to do.
