Easy to take multivitamins. It makes me feel healthy just taking it. From extensive list of ingredients and packaging, I don't mind taking it everyday.

I like this vitamin it does nor effect my stomach it helps me get the added supplements on a daily basis.There is no aftertaste and is okaybto swallow.

I did not notice any side effects from this, some medication makes me feel nauseous not this one. I have to get better at taking vitamins daily, I forget to take them daily.

These made me incredibly nauseated every time I tried to take them. I attempted to take them with food and several different kinds of drinks. I'm not sure if it was me or something else, but these did not work for me.

Centrum is a brand of vitamins I have bought and used for years.I take the silver over 50 and it provides what it needs on a daily basis according to my age.

I loved it and my husband takes the men's centrum silver. I like the fact that it's good for me and takes the guesswork away from me. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to live healthy!!😃
