I've been taking them for almost 3 weeks now The pills are a little big so if you have trouble swallowing pills I'd recommend trying to find a soft gel in this brand but i have no issues with swallowing them

They seem to offer everything I need in one pill that supports brain, heart & eye health along with bone strength, so I was able to ditch a few of the individual supplements I was taking. I find I can take these in the morning either on an empty stomach or with food and I've had no stomach upset or anything (you know feeling like the pill is stuck in your throat half the day) the pills seem large at first glace but honestly they are very easy to swallow, an extra bonus I only have to take one a day so that just makes it easy. I've only been taking these a couple weeks but I feel more energized, balanced and I seem to be sleeping better.
