[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman over 50, these vitamins were made for me. They have all the vitamins I need in a multivitamin, including calcium and vitamin D. They are not too big to swallow, even though I prefer minis, but you only have to take one a day.

I take it 2 weeks and I hope to feel good, bcs of osteoporosis problems. If someone from you has used this and take a positive feedback? thank you

As far as a multivitamin goes these work just as well as the rest. Every time I have lab work it comes out great, so they must work. They also fit nicely in my pill box!
