It contains all the essentials needed without excessive amounts. All you need is one day . The tablets are not overly huge and they are easy to swallow . I didn't experience any aftertaste after consumption. I'm very happy to have this in my routine

They have e no after taster after you swallow them tho. They r affordable and really have so many vitamins and minerals in them!

It was gifted from this wonderful app, so we thought why not try it. So far, she's liking that it's easy on her stomach, and the pill size isn't bad. Too soon to see any big effects, but she's happy with it so far! Also I checked the ingredients and I am very satisfied and happy with what I am seeing :)

I like that the tablets are gluten free and that they are coated to make them easier to swallow. Yes, these tablets are big. I can't attest to the long-term benefits of taking them but so far I have no complaints. Because of the Zinc, I do suggest taking them in the morning before breakfast to help avoid an upset tummy. Now, as for the bottle that they come in - someone needs to tell the manufacturer that with age comes dexterity issues, so they need to make it easier for us to open!

Love that this one is geared for women over 50 and has specific nutrients that us more "mature".women need for our health such as B, D, Biotin and more. I was concerned that the pill size was a bit large, but I was able to take it without a problem.

They swallow easily and I have no side effects from taking them. The nutrition panel looks like they are a pretty complete multivitamin.
