Please check with your GP before starting C any new medication, even vitamins. The only issue I have is the size. Fairly big, so I cut each in half and take both halves when I eat lunch. Good value for money and neutral taste makes this a good and affordable addition to your healthy lifestyle. I can recommend this product for women my age.

The bottle is easy to open so should be stored out of reach of children- but for me it's another plus.
