Just started using my new pressure washer. Easy to setup and seems to have adequate power for my needs. Like that its electric (less maintenance) and very compact. Haven't even mentioned what is possibly the best feature, 4 wheels. No need to stop and move the washer, it just follows around behind you. So far very pleased with purchase. Other thing that I cant comment on is durability, time will tell.

I’ve only used it once. It’s well designed and seems sturdy. It’s well thought out with creative hose cord and nozzle storage. You have to put the wheels and storage accessories on the unit to set it up. It was pretty easy. I really like the wide roller wheel structure that prevents tipping.

First, the assembly instructions were in "perfect" English that made put-together a breeze. Each part fit seamlessly showing outstanding Quality Control. I used it today for the first time and all parts assembled easily and the pressure washer worked flawlessly. It is easy to maneuver, has an extra long power cord, and is perfect for car and driveway power washing. Very happy with the "high" quality and perfect functioning of the unit, and for the price, it is simply outstanding!

Pressure hose is plastic with rubber o-rings. When not in use the o-rings seem to attract dirt and sand. Also, the hose is thin plastic and kinks really easy. You cannot stretch the hose out without first having to unwind it and even then, is really susceptible to kinking. I kinked it the first time I used and not seem to want to kink in same place every time. It's just a matter of time till it starts leaking.

The ePX3100 is a great power washer. I was surprised that it was so small and light weight. It does the job and the quick change nozzles are a nice option. The 5 nozzles are different degrees of spray that cover any job and there is a high pressure nozzle as well. All in all this is an awesome little power washer.

Model ePX 3100. Compact and convenient to store and move around. Assembled easily (although the lower cord retainer was not on the instructions, I had to figure out for myself what this part was and where to put it). Works well for my purposes. Good value.

Was surprised at the compact size but it doesn't skimp on performance. Love the anti-tip feature as my old washer would almost always fall over when pulling the hose. Used the soap feature and was glad to see that it didn't empty the reservoir quickly. Overall glad to have made this purchase.

I am a 77 yr. old woman and needed a power washer that I could handle. This is it! The first time I used it; it did shut off for me. That's why the 4 stars that I gave it. It had tripped the outlet and although I reset the button, it would not restart. I realized the problem and it has worked perfectly since then. I have used it 4 times now and it has worked great. I am so pleased with it, and it will pay for itself in just a few uses! I'm surprised at how well it cleaned my concrete! Sorry that I didn't take before & after pictures, you would have been impressed!

I was pleasantly surprised by the ePX3500. I was concerned I compromised on performance to get the convenience of a corded power washer. In two separate jobs, it quickly tackled the driveway Saturday and deck Sunday. Both had baked on black green naturte all over them. I used the good OXY detergent and a surface cleaner tool. With those, the power washer exceeded expectations. I like the design of the body with wide set wheels for good balance... and every part of the power washer has a carrying place on the body itself. It's concise and powerful enough to manage any homeowner type need I can imagine. Thanks for saving me money.

The set looks capable of cleaning anything the homeowner needs done. The wand could be a foot longer, it isn’t user friendly for taller users. It would be unfortunate if you made it to fit in the box instead of practicality. You could also make longer extensions available.
