Product is great but I was unable to register it and submit a review via the registration page in order to receive the bonus nozzles. :( I have put in a service request, hopefully someone will correct that page so it gets registered and I receive my bonus nozzles.

I have never used a pressure washer before. Assembly was easy & it worked fabulously. It would be nice if the user manual explained the colors of the nozzle attachments & their use (I googled & saved to my phone). It is lightweight but powerful. So glad I made this purchase!!

I can't complain about the performance of this compact electric washer, works great!. If I had any negative comment, it would be the way I have to unwind the electrical cord, there is no way to flip the cord retainer down for a quick release of the cord similar to the way vacuum cleaners work. To unwind the cord has to be done manually. Not a big deal, but would help ease the set-up process.

I got my ePX3100 electric pressure washer this past Christmas and finally got the chance to use it just recently. I used the 15 degree nozzle (yellow) to hit some block around my storage building that had some chipped and flaking paint and it cleaned them like a razor. My next project will be a full wash of the siding and I’m looking forward to it!

Bought this to clean my deck. Tested it today on my car. Easy to assemble and I really like the four wheels to keep it stable. Other reviewers are correct about the plug. The large plug will not fit in an outdoor outlet with a weather-protective cover. Fortunately I have a few regular plugs to use. There was part not listed in the Component List and Assembly Instructions -- a retaining hook labeled "Power Cord". There is a place for it to be inserted and it is definitely needed for securely wrapping up the power cord. Also, it would have been nice to have the nozzles identified by color. I don't think I will use the soap tank. You have to remove all of the soap from the tank and flush the tubing in order to rinse with clean water. Not very practical when most instructions tell you not to let the detergent dry on your decking (or car).

I was really surprised at the quality compared to lesser brands. The metal nozzles are much better than the plastic ones you usually get. Assembly was easy and the unit has much more power than I expected. I would definitely recommend this unit for the price.

I have used this item twice now. It is cleaning the white residue off of the back paver patio and I look forward to using it on the garage floor after it snows this weekend! It is great for a quick car wash and to wash weatherteck type car mats. I like all of the options (high pressure, moderate, and soap nozzles. The only question I have is...why didn't I buy one of these many years ago? ;-)

I bought the ePX3500 powerwasher to remove the dirt and moss from my mother's backyard patio. The moss was at least 2 inches thick. This machine worked like a charm. I did not even use the solution I bought to clean and remove the dirt and debris. I was very impressed. Even the siding on the house looks brand new. I am so happy I picked a Westinghouse product.

I received my ePX3500 for Mother’s Day and couldn’t be happier with it. Setup was easy and with locking wheels on the bottom and a handle on top it is easy to maneuver and move from place to place. It made quick work of cleaning the grandkids playhouse, our Adirondack chairs, stepping stones, lichen on our umbrella stand and rock wall. Lots more cleaning to do and this power washer will make it easy to do and quick!

Very easy assembly. Took less than 10 minutes. Love the low center of gravity. It’s small in size, but the base is wide, wheels are nice size. Should roll easily and also be easily lifted/carried. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m impressed with the feel and build.
