The sound is OK for areas with no background noise. But I’d like to be able to increase the sound a bit

Sound good! Mostly comfortable but sometimes my ear hurts where the magnet is trying to get the head phones to stay on

To come through the shokz Ive done all the routing on the iPhone any suggestions would be Helpful

As someone with small ears they do move around sometimes while I’m working out, but otherwise the sound is great!

they're exactly what I needed for my work, but they do get pretty uncomfortable after awhile. it's possible I just have big ears

My right ear shokz won’t fit properly in my ear. It comes out of my ear easily, so I’m having to adjust it very often during my workouts.

These aren’t the ones I thought, plz can I exchange them, pay the difference and have behind next ones

This is my second pair of shokz. These are the best. Love the pink color. They are great. My grandaughter has my first pair.
